Beachfront holiday rental in Santa Teresa Beach

Montezuma Beach Villa hosted by Karen is a magical place where the beach is just past a few palm trees. We had 3 families stay here and we were all in love with this place and did not want to leave :). The beautiful landscaping, pool, amenities, local restaurants, and of course Lilly (the groundskeeper) who was attentive to our every need, made this stay a relaxing and welcoming getaway for us. Even with the doors shut and AC running, you are close enough to the ocean you can be serenaded to sleep with the waves. We are already talking about coming back and enjoying more time at this location. I would absolutely recommend this lovely place. Thanks!

Casa Dona Luisa is a beautiful gem with a semiprivate beach out its front door. It's located just far enough outside of Santa Teresa to be quiet but still centrally located to all the great activities. Maykol was a wealth of knowledge and beyond helpful in assisting always with any vacation questions we had. I'd stay here again if we make it back to the Nicoya Peninsula.

As everyone says it's hard to describe. If you are looking for a convenient, sterile, cookie cutter hotel, this may not be for you. But if you want to emerse yourself in nature and environment, this is a total paradise. Joachim went above and beyond to attend to our needs

We loved staying at Casa Wahoo. Quiet little corner away from the hustle and bustle of Santa Teresa, yet easy to get to various surf breaks and town. The place was very clean and felt new/nice. Only 2 of the 3 bedrooms had AC, so we just shared 2 rooms. AC in the main area and the 2 rooms worked great.

The property is in a prime location. 1 minute from the beach and restaurant. Clean, tidy and equipped. Good air conditioning. Recommended!

Great villa. Community was beautiful & safe. Shared pool was lovely. 5min walk to the beach. Quick drive into town. Always appreciate coffee & sugar!

Nadine was very helpful and responsive. And her local contact person was supportive and knowledgeable as well. The villa worked well for two couples. It was well supplied and we had everything that we needed, although nothing fancy. Los Delfines is a unique community, with many people who live there volunteering their time and skills to provide lots of activities. There was pickleball lessons, pickleball, birding, yoga, volleyball, euchre, hiking and more. The beach is perfect for walking. Lots of great restaurants and villages to explore in the area. Got to love those beautiful scarlet mackaws!! Thanks for a great stay!

Just fantastic! The most beautiful view!Outdoor kitchen with barbecue and everything you need. Marco is super nice and always available. My boyfriend was bitten by a scorpion and immediately cared for and reassured by Marco. Daaannkkeee! We will be back!!!

The place is awesome. Right beside the hotel area, a couple hundred feet to the beach, fast internet, exactly what you need to just relax and surf

Had never been to CR before. This spot is unique. Super quiet area, two paths to the the most beautiful beach. Howler monkeys, iguanas, birds, mangos, coconuts, butterflies, flowers. We found the surf break in town better for southern hemi season. Really a memorable trip and the house fit three surf buddies perfectly. Staff was above and beyond expected, they came and cleaned twice! Washer and dryer were so valued.

Loved my stay. The house was really great. Better than the photos. Loved the furniture and everything was brand new and very clean. The hosts were great in extending my stay and change Inv plans around. So fast to respond to any questions I had. I would love to stay again. A++++

We had the BEST 2 weeks at Casa Alta! The views, the ocean breeze & watching the sunsets were magical! We loved the location, very quiet and away from the crowds but close enough to everything we needed. Kristi was the absolute best host ... she was very prompt to answer any questions we had. She also arranged a sunset horseback ride, an airport shuttle & 4 wheelers delivered right to the house! She went above & beyond! We only wish we could have stayed longer!

Lucia greeted us on our arrival, what a lovely lady! Lucia was very responsive when we asked for recommendations. The property was exactly as described, we enjoyed the outdoor bathroom/shower, the property is surrounded by nature and very close to the beach. We enjoyed every minute of our stay.

Location was perfect. Montezuma is tiny so most things are close but you’re a couple minute walk to town and the main beach. Walked to the waterfall trailhead too and another beach. It is exactly as described so no surprises with no AC and ocean views! Would definitely stay here again.

Such a beautiful stay. area is very relaxing, quiet & peaceful with the beach less than a minute walk away. our favorite part was the outdoor bathroom & hammock on the patio! the town is incredible so many options & only a 20 minute walk away. we loved using an ATV to get around quickly & to explore the nature in Santa Teresa! we will definitely be back!

We had a great stay! Peter was lovely and very responsive. Great location! We had a fun first night as the restaurant by the beach had dj’s and a bonfire and the food and cocktails were amazing. We would definitely stay again!

Ahhhhh....... There are some Airbnb experiences that remind you what a great invention this platform, the beautiful places your are privileged to stay in and the wonderful hosts that become a great addition to your vacation. Priscilla went above and beyond what should be expected from any hostess. So friendly, helpful, giving and interesting. Probably the best experience I've had with a host. As far as the place itself, what a gem. For those that want to enjoy the nature, wildlife, and both jungle and beach living of Costa Rica, this is the place. Yes, it takes a while to get there and it's best to have a 4WD for the last stretch of road but once you get there, you have no desire to leave. If we're lucky, we'll be back...for longer.
