Beachfront holiday rental in Santa Teresa Beach

Our family really enjoyed this home - especially seeing the monkeys, having great swings for our daughter to play on, and an amazing rooftop view!! When the pool pump was not working properly, Rafal was there very quickly to fix the timer and was very personable. When in this area, we would definitely stay here again.

Nos encantó alojarnos junto con mis amigas acá, es un espacio increíble con todas las comodidades para disfrutar nuestra estadía en Santa Teresa. El alojamiento es tal cual la descripción y las fotos. Lo que más nos gustó fue el espacio compartido al aire libre y que el camino a la playa es justo en frente! Nahuel fue muy amable en recibirnos, darnos recomendaciones locales y estar siempre atento a nuestras necesidades. Realmente volveríamos y recomendamos el lugar!!

Wir haben alles gefunden, was wir uns erhofft haben und noch viel mehr. Mitten in der Natur (dem Wald und seiner Tierwelt), und doch in 15 Min. über eine Treppe (ca. 100 Höhenmeter) zum weiten Traumstrand. Ein grandioser Blick über den Wald zum Meer. Natürliches, wohlschmeckendes Wasser aus eigener Quelle, nicht chloriert! Starkes Wlan (Starlink-gespeist), abschaltbar für Strahlen-Sensible. „Profi“-Sortiment an Edelstahltöpfen/-pfannen und -messern. Absolute Stille - bis auf die wunderbaren Geräusche der Tierwelt. In der Nacht ein berauschender Sternenhimmel, grandiose Sonnenaufgänge. Bei Bedarf verleiht Joachim ein Quad / ATV, mit dem wir unsere Einkäufe tätigen und das Umfeld ausgiebig erkunden konnten. Geheimtip für Bio-Fans: Die Green World in Santa Teresa. Tip für den absoluten Flow: Mit dem Quad bei Ebbe über den Strand von Manzanillo „gleiten“. Die Betreuung: sehr kurze Antwortzeiten, schnelle, wirksame Hilfe, absolute Privatsphäre. Danke Joachim für diese Erfahrung!

En helt igennem fantastisk vært, der ikke blot var sød og imødekommende, men også ekstremt hjælpsom med diverse småting og fx anbefalinger til restauranter og shuttle services. Kan kun anbefales!!!

Great place, the pool was awesome. Lots of wildlife in the neighborhood. Local restaurant was great and store on site had all what we needed.

We had a great stay at this beautiful Airbnb! Clean, cosy, fantastic backyard where you’ll see a lot of animals, good location & easy to check-in. Amelia helped us with everything and made sure we had a pleasant stay, thank you again! Would definitely come back.

Wir waren drei Familien mit 10 Personen. Das Haus mit den Zimmern war super für uns. Das offene Wohnzimmer ist sehr gemütlich. Der Pool ist sehr schön, die Kinder haben ihn genossen. Michelle hat uns mit Infos versorgt und wir haben frische Bade- und Pooltücher bekommen. Auch haben sie schnell reagiert als nach den Gewittern das Internet immer wieder ausgefallen ist. Das offene Wohnzimmer lässt die Flora, Fauna und das Wetter sehr nah erleben und das muss man sich bewusst sein und mögen!

Nos gustó mucho el alojamiento, era exactamente lo que andábamos buscando ya que lo que queríamos era conocer playas, restaurantes y demás de la zona. Rodrigo nos ayudó con la carga del vehículo eléctrico. Todo bien, volveríamos a hospedarnos.

Absolutely loved my stay here! The location is perfect—everything is walkable. The beach and surf spot are just down the block, with great food options and a supermarket right across the street. The condo was clean, easy to cook in, and felt secure thanks to on-site security. I felt safe and comfortable the entire time. Would definitely stay here again!

Es un lugar súper recomendable. ¡La ubicación es perfecta! está súper cerca de la playa y justo en la calle principal de Santa Teresa, por lo que hay supermercados, bares y restaurantes cerca. Además, la habitación tiene una estufa y utensilios para cocinar, lo cual fue muy útil para nosotros. También tiene estacionamiento para autos. El aire acondicionado es un plus, y pudimos disfrutar de agua caliente en la regadera. Y puedes usar la alberca del hotel, que es muy agradable! Además Andrea fue amable con consejos para tomar el Ferry.

I can't say enough good about Carlie and her place. She's the most responsive host I've ever encountered in my years using Airbnb. I don't know how she manages to be so endlessly patient, friendly, accommodating, and responsive. She'll text you back in a nanosecond with directions, tech support, and recommendations. Carlie strives for perfection in her interactions with guests and her property. I could NEVER DO what she does - so I have mad respect for her. She felt more like a friend and a fellow traveler than an Airbnb host. As a note - Costa is an ostensibly safe place, but theft does occur. As with any location, not just Carlie's, double-check the locks and ensure your things are secured. She and the community are very safe, but it's wise to err on the side of caution. Secondly, Santa Teresa is a beach community. If you see crabs or a stray insect, butch it up - you're a guest in someone's literal and geographic home, and yes, that includes occasional, harmless wildlife.

Es la tercera vez que nos alojamos en esta casa. Es espectacular, muy bonita, espaciosa con 4 cuartos cada uno con su baño. La cocina está muy bien equipada. La zona de piscina muy agradable. Recomendado al 100%

Beautiful, brand new place, in the midle of jungle, where you can spot herrings, monkeys, aguti, and lots of birds. Marcella’s place is where everything is thought through- the super comfy bed with organic cotton linnen, stylish interior, natural materials, private space for lunch outside, beautiful greenes surounding, very well maintained clean pool and its area. Marcella is very kind and warm person, we got a lot precommendations about beaches, where to find fishermans with fresh fish, and she even helped us to organize our unforgetable trip to Corcovado park, recomending an amazing guide. The house is bit distant from crowded and loud Santa Teresa, so you can enjoy and relax max! 4WD is recommended and do’nt forget to pass buy to RITUAL for an amazing coffee.

La casa es hermosa y la atención de las personas a cargo fue maravillosa , definitivamente volvería !!!!

We had a wonderful stay at Villas Santa Teresa. Tomas, Alan, Joanna and Javier were always very helpful with anything we needed. Javier helped with our flat tire which was very much appreciated! They made reservations at a beautiful restaurant for us to celebrate a milestone birthday, which was an amazing evening:) Its a perfect peaceful location, a little outside of town but close enough to everything we needed. A 2 minute walk to the most beautiful beach, where we spent hours walking and exploring. A 10 minute drive to town to get groceries. We had an SUV which worked for us but an ATV/motorbike would have possibly been better. The villa was so clean and comfortable, had everything we needed and the hammocks were magical!

Amazing stay! Absolutely love this slice of heaven. Karens place is a fairly tale destination. We had a wonderful stay!! We will be back!

Perfect stay. House was clean, lovely Noëli came every day for cleaning. Location ist perfect for Surfing. Nice Restaurants and a small Supermarkt in walking distance. Thank you. We totally enjoyed being here.

El lugar y ubicación inmejorables, un lugar PET friendly hermoso, cerca de todo y muy bien cuidado

La verdad que nuestra estancia ha sido una maravilla, un remanso de paz que buscábamos, sin duda nos vamos con un recuerdo súper bonito. Y lucía ha sido todo un amor! Nos atendió genial en todo momento y encima al llegar había pasado un incienso así que el recibimiento fue perfecto :)

The place is great! It was super close to the beach, and there was even a Chiriguito next door. It was the perfect spot for surfing. We especially loved the outdoor terrace with the kitchen. It was the perfect place to hang out with friends or family. We’d definitely come back!

This was a great stay for two. Needs to note that you have to say a full week for cleaning services but still accommodate us very well will definitely be back

Loved this airbnb and Eden was an amazing host!! The location is super ideal - central, walkable to everything, but tucked away enough that you don’t hear much noise from the street. As a solo traveler, i felt safe and secure in the airbnb, air conditioning was strong and the place was clean! Linens + beach towels provided which was nice and i could work from the airbnb with no problem. Highly recommend!

This place is truly a vibe. Coffee and fruit were stocked daily and the place is walking distance to everything. The property manager was the sweetest and made us feel like royalty. Will definitely be back. Pure Vida

We loved staying at this home! The location is excellent. Alessandra is very communicative and responsive. The bed was super comfortable, and it was great having a full kitchen. Would recommend.
