The apartment is beautiful, just like the photos. It was clean, well cared for, impeccable. Excellent bedding, bathroom with a very good shower. I loved the place, I found it easy to locate and parking was very close. Not to mention the wonderful sunset that you can admire from the apartment, a beautiful view. I intend to return more often. A thousand stars.

Fernando, a very attentive, polite, humble and patient person. He cleared up all our doubts about the location, and recommended great restaurants, as it is a prime neighborhood, the prices are above average, you have to be patient to research places if you want to order delivery. We had doubts when filling the bathtub, and he immediately helped us. Very comfortable apartment, bed, unparalleled pillow, bedding, everything impeccably clean, apartment totally sanitized. I bought water, because I don't trust drinking from the tap, and there I didn't see... but there are all kinds of utensils, soap, shampoo, and so on. I highly recommend the stay, we only spent one night, but the experience was already very good!

We went as 7 people, we stayed a week and spent very pleasant days, even with cold and some rainy days we enjoyed the stay a lot, it has a very good indoor space, a very comfortable large TV room and a great kitchen and barbecue. For those who go with pets, it's also very nice because the house is all fenced in, and my pet loved being able to run freely on the grass outside. Host Rodrigo is also very attentive and responds super fast.

The house is delicious, the location is otima!! Marina is very accessible, it has helped us a lot with some questions we needed!! And hiring Claudia was essential, she is great, it helps very, very helpful and makes a delicious meal!! It's worth hiring it to compel the experience!!

The stay at Guilherme's house was excellent! The house is exactly as in the photos: very comfortable, well equipped and impeccably clean. In addition, the condominium where it is located is a great differential. It has a market, bar, restaurant, gym and several leisure options, as well as direct access to the beach, with service included — which makes the experience even more practical and enjoyable. Access to both the condominium and the house was simple and quiet. Guilherme was always very attentive and quick to respond, which made us even more comfortable throughout the stay. I highly recommend the house for those who want to enjoy the coast of SP with comfort and practicality.

We love the house, a getaway in the middle of São Paulo and at the same time close to everything. We were super well served by Paulo and well served by Ci, who left the house prepared to receive us, super solicitous and attentive. The house is cozy and it is possible to feel a care in every detail. We live valuable moments, among friends/family, from playing the piano and singing together, to cooking and talking while we were preparing dinner... and that certainly the house, this unique environment, the way each space presents itself, was super important for this to happen in such a special way. The house that I saw on Airbnb and that we loved from the first moment was even more beautiful in person. All the perfect details, the impeccable towels, the sheets, the appliances, the pool, every corner of the garden or the house invited you to enjoy them. The tableware is more than complete and beautiful, everything has been a real pleasure and I recommend that you do not hesitate. Peggy and Fernando, who received us, were super attentive and helpful. Those were days of true rest and tranquility. The house provided us with so much comfort that we hardly felt like leaving. House very comfortable and with a wonderful view. The pictures can't show everything and we were positively surprised when we arrived at the site. Luana, which has been with us throughout the stay, very good cuisine, is super attentive and made our experience even more special.

We went in 2 couples and we were very well installed. The beds are comfortable, it was cold and we had a blanket and covers available. It didn't even feel like we were on the Avenue. Paulista, it was very peaceful, we accessed several tours because we were so well located. Ana was very kind and helpful. I recommend it!

Spacious apartment and, although integrated, it has well-separated environments, kitchen, living room/TV, large bed and a balcony that has a small table for up to 4 people and a desk with a comfortable work chair. The hosts left some treats that, in addition to showing attention and care for the guest, make all the difference for those who arrive tired and with a busy routine. The apartment has a 25-meter heated pool on the ground floor, with a gym and sauna, and another smaller pool on the rooftop with an excellent view. The highlight of the location is the proximity (5 min walk) to the Morumbi and Market Place malls.

Great place for trips with family or friends! Good location, wide balcony and in front of the waterfront, just cross the street! Well equipped kitchen, airy, large rooms, excellent option to spend days in Guarujá! I went with children and adults and I only have good points! The host responds whenever necessary during the stay!
