Bed and breakfast holiday rentals in Saraphi District

Amazing!!! We have stayed in probably 25 places in the last 2 months, and this was among our favourites. The room was spotless, the bedding was beautiful and very clean/new. The bathroom was extremely clean (which is very important to me). The amenities/shared space was incredible. Coffee, tea, toast and more!! It was very appreciated. Excellent location being only a 10 minute walk to the old quarter. Stores, cafes and markets nearby as well. We stayed 4 nights and we could have easily stayed 2 weeks! 10/10 recommend this place.

Our stay at Hai Ya was truly special. Khun Ae and Tony were responsive and helpful, and Mr. Lhur went above and beyond—attentive, kind, and full of humor that made us feel right at home. His cooking class was a highlight: we made five Thai and Northern Thai dishes with great techniques and cultural insight (definitely recommended). The home is spotless, peaceful, and full of Chiang Mai charm—thoughtfully decorated, cozy, and welcoming. The kitchen reflects the local culture and made the class even more enjoyable. Breakfasts were fresh, delicious, and tailored to us each morning. They also offer affordable laundry service, which was so convenient. Mr. Lhur and his team were respectful and attentive, always making sure we had what we needed. We loved their local recommendations too—they helped us explore Chiang Mai beyond the tourist spots. This place is full of heart, culture, and care. Highly recommended—thank you for a truly unforgettable stay!

Centrally located, part of a boutique hotel in a good neighborhood for accessing the old quarter. Very easy check in and out process and despite being multi-unit, was still private. I would visit this AirBNB again.

I loved staying at Kivi’s place. I was staying in an upstairs room and it was super quiet even though it was central in the old city, close to the night market and lots of restaurants and shops. It’s a very characterful property and a really large room. The pool was a bonus As a solo traveller I felt very welcome and safe. I can recommend Asia Scenic cookery school on the same street.

My friends and I stayed during the week of Songkran and this place was walkable to lots of fun events and restaurants such as the night markets. The place was very comfortable and clean and the cafe was very convenient to get coffee and breakfast in the morning. I highly recommend this place and will be visiting again!

Feels like staying in a loft and camping at the same -- spacious room with nice interior touches. There is a tree that gives off a jasmine scent at night. About 30 minutes to walk to the core BUT very easy to order a Grab mototaxi for 50 baht / 7 minutes into town. Glad I stayed here.

This house was a great base for us to explore Nimman and Santitham. Lots of great restaurants to explore in both neighbourhoods. The host lives in the house also but you have your own private on-suite room which is decorated very well, the bed was very comfy and we had a great night sleep. Thank you for your hospitality.

The place is located close to the old town but in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The host is very welcoming and kind. Excellent breakfast.

A beautiful and quiet place, just a short 50-meter walk from the main street. The hosts are exceptionally friendly and service-minded. It’s very close to the lovely CMU park and charming streets with local markets and affordable restaurants serving great food. This area is ideal for those seeking a quieter stay away from the usual tourist spots. Note: For those on a workcation, the room lacks a work desk, but there are cafes and a co-working space nearby. A gaming cafe is also just 3-4 minutes away for enthusiasts.

We booked very last minute (same day) so it is not a big deal but we didn’t hear from Erik at all and we’re not sure how check in would work. It is easy to check in, it is ran similarly to a hotel. The river is a really nice community, very friendly people and has a lovely coffee shop and pool right on the property.

Joy is a wonderful host! She kindly picked us up & dropped us off at our next place. Joy had lots of water for us in the fridge, & put lots of treats & fruit out for us! The location is excellent, and an easy 5 minute walk to Chiang Mai Gate. The hot water & A/C worked great & the Wifi was ok. The bed linens were spotless, but there was a lot of dust around & the floors, toilet & mirrors etc. were quite dirty. I attempted to clean around the rim of the toilet, but it was stained enough I couldn't do it. There was no clutter in the room or the area upstairs where the rooms were, however there was a lot in the kitchen & living room due to the place having no cupboards. Unfortunately I think the large house is such a big job to look after that it's maybe a bit overwhelming for one person to handel.

訂房的時候，因為系統有點問題而產生小插曲，但是房東回覆迅速，溝通順利，還幫忙安排了接送，好暖心。四人房的空間蠻大的，很文青舒適，喜歡浴室的療癒圖案踏墊，浴缸還放了沐浴泡澡球跟真的玫瑰花，很驚喜🤩入住了六天，只要掛上牌子，每天都有清潔人員打掃，還貼心的把放在床上的衣服鋪好，飲用礦泉水每天都會補給，臨時要求加一床棉被也沒問題。很開心第一次來清邁玩，能住到這麼可愛的地方😊

Ich hatte einen rundum perfekten Aufenthalt in den Glory Suites! Die Unterkunft ist modern, sehr sauber und stilvoll eingerichtet – man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Die Lage ist super, ruhig und trotzdem nah an allem, was man in Chiang Mai erleben möchte. Der Check-in war unkompliziert und der Gastgeber unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen und kann die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt!

Solid place with awesome amenities. Bit far from the city but totally worth it!

Awesome spot for a stay in the jungle. Very peaceful and relaxing. Tough to get to, but if you assume it will be 1200baht to/from (even through ride share apps) then it's well worth the price. Good/fairly priced food.

If you like Chiang Mai but you're not a fan of the noise - this place is ideal. The family make you feel like family and the breakfasts are amazing :) Be sure to rent your bike from them as well!

I was very warmly welcomed. She always reacted calm and handled everything pretty well. Very kind people and always there to help. Thank you for the nice stay we will definitely come again.

非常漂亮的房子和院子，比图片漂亮。院子里种了各种各样的植物，美观的同时还能保护隐私，各个房间互不打扰。游泳池也很漂亮干净，贴的蓝色马赛克可以反射出五颜六色的光线，大约1.3米深，恒温，现在是冬天，下午和晚上都可以游，孩子们很喜欢。房东还准备了大游泳圈和浮板，大人可以用。室内很干净，我喜欢卫生间的装潢，两面墙壁是水泥，一面墙壁是仿石砖图案的瓷砖，地板用了另一种仿石头的瓷砖拼出菱形；窗户开得很高，没有玻璃、只有窗纱，非常通风。房主和太太很好，很热情。

一共住了三天 离古城塔佩门很近 很安静的街道 位置比较好 ，餐很好吃
