Communication was always responsive and usually within 15 minutes. Check-in and checkout were extremely smooth with clear instructions. The location was good with a nice view of the mountain and airport but was still quiet. Great access to the use of a motorbike while in this unit. Very friendly and courteous hosts.

Nina was a great Airbnb host. She was always responsive to my questions and needs for my month long stay. Great amenities with a pool and full gym, easy location across from the central airport plaza for groceries and the food hall and walkable to the CNX airport but accessible to the city center with grab. The unit itself was pleasant and comfortable. With natural lighting and a very soft bed. She was also very composed and communicated well even during an emergency like the recent earthquake. Amber’s place was absolutely beautiful! It was on the top floor of the condominium and had sweeping views of Chiang Mai. The place was super clean and was very stylish. The mattress and comforter in the bedroom were sooo comfortable - some of the best I have slept on! The bedroom was beautifulyy decorated with very nice paintings and gorgeous lamps and pillows. Amber was an amazing host and was super responsive and had great communication. You can tell she takes pride in what she does and even went the extra mile and paid for a grab to take me to the airport. If you want an amazing place to stay that is very comfortable, stylish with amazing hospitality from a great host - please book this place when you visit Chiang Mai :) I highly recommend it, thank you Amber!

The apartment is compact but very well organized in terms of space. There's a desk in the bedroom where you can comfortably work with a laptop. The internet was stable and sufficient for two people working remotely. The kitchen is convenient and equipped with everything you need. I can confidently recommend this place if you're traveling alone or as a couple. As mentioned in other reviews, there's a large shopping mall right across the street. We were pleasantly surprised that we didn't hear any noise from planes landing or taking off.

An excellent stay! The host was extremely responsive, replying almost immediately to any inquiries. The apartment was spotless and well-maintained, making for a very comfortable stay. The location is highly convenient—just a short walk to Central Airport Plaza shopping mall, Kad Manee Night Market, and Nim City, which offers a supermarket and a variety of dining options. Perfect for both short and long stays.

War wie auf den Fotos. Das Gym ist Fantastisch und der Pool auch. Die Matratze ist für Europäische Verhältnisse etwas hart. Aber das ist Geschmacksache. Die Wohnung ist gut eingerichtet mit allem was man braucht. Es ist sehr ruhig. Kein Fluglärm.

Using Grab is very easy to find a location you just need to type in Trams Square. And this hotel is absolutely comfortable, clean, and looks very special. The host is very helpful and kind. Very close to university, suggest you stay here! And of course we sleep well. Thx!

We had a great stay at Neil's. Everything was easy from check in to check out. The kitchen is well equipped, the bed is super comfortable and the amenities such as the pool were excellent. The apartment, even though, was close to everything, is extremely quiet. We loved that it was just a few steps away from the famous markets, grocery store, bank and redtaurants. You absolutely need to book spa treatments, next door, at the Peak Spa, for an amazing experience. I have already recommanded Neil's apartment to our friends who are looking to go visit Chiang Mai. Thanks Neil for everything!

The hotel is located nearby the city the room is cozy and clean the host is very nice and kind the staff are warmly welcome and useful :)

Very comfortable apartment for the four of us. Nice kitchen. Great location on a quiet street within walking distance of the University and transportation around the city.

Ich war für 10 Übernachtungen in der Unterkunft von Sun und habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt. Von Anfang bis Ende kann ich Sun als guten Gastgeber weiterempfehlen. Sollte ich nochmals nach Chiang Mai reisen, werde ich dieses Appartement wieder buchen.

I had a wonderful stay! The place was very nice and offered great value for the price. Its location made it convenient for exploring the area, yet it was quiet enough for a restful night’s sleep. Highly recommended!

We stayed 34 nights at Thorfuns condo . We had a great time . Central Plaza mall was right across the street . The mall has a grocery store , Thai food court and western food chains . The prices are cheap . Night Bizarre and Temples are close by . Night Safari was fun . Plenty of walking parks that are beautiful. We enjoyed the pool and gym . The condo was as described clean and nice . The location is great . Thorfun was a great host and highly recommend her .

It’s a great place if you need to be near the airport. You don’t hear the planes from the apartment, it’s quiet and the building has a pool, a gym and close to a 7/11

Great place to stay if you want to be outside of the city and focus. Has a gym and pool. The beds mattress is on the hard side so keep that in mind. But wonderful stay overall.

We loved staying here. Firstly, the host was lovely and check in was easy and flexible. The apartment was lovely and clean. The only issue being there was an oven etc but no utensils or pans to cook with, but we just ate out so it was ok. The location is good but not walking distance to the Chiang Mai gate, you need to get a grab but it’s only 10 minutes in the car and it’s cheap. Overall a lovely air bnb, good gym and great pool. Would definitely stay again!

Really nice stay! We were able to extend our stay which was really nice. Only thing we could say that was not 5/5 perfect is the location since it is a little outside the center. But then again using Grab or walking was easy, so overall just a really comfortable and nice stay we had!

Very nice experience here, take a wonderful holiday in here, near by the airport but I never heard the airplane noise. The room is really big bigger than the picture. The staff are really nice and kindly, have any questions they will very quickly to answer.
