Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Sardinia

We hebben genoten van ons verblijf. Het huisje is schoon en heeft alles wat je nodig hebt voor een prettig verblijf. Een prachtige tuin met vele zitjes, plekjes om te ontdekken. Mooi uitzicht vanaf het balkon, rust en ontspanning. Host is vriendelijk en reageert snel op vragen. Vanuit de haven van Santa Maria zijn voldoende activiteiten te ondernemen. Wij hebben een prachtige boottocht gedaan, verschillende strandjes bezocht, grot bezichtiging met een locale lunch op de boot. Mooie stranden bereikbaar binnen een straal van 30 min (auto). Alles de moeite waard om een weekje heerijk te genieten.

We had a great stay in Baunei thanks to this awesome apartment. Everything is exactly as in the pictures except for the view which is even more great in reality. It’s hard to navigate a car directly to the house, the streets are very narrow, so it’s definitely recommended to park at the main street and walk there. Beds are very comfortable and it’s super calm. We enjoyed it there very much!

Wir waren 5 Tage in Simones Unterkunft und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war sehr idyllisch und ruhig. Es war genau das was wir uns gewünscht haben. Unterdessen gibt es neue Böden und eine zusätzliche Holzterrasse die auf den Fotos noch nicht zu sehen sind. Lasst euch überraschen. Leider hatten wir mit dem Wetter etwas Pech und es war z.T. recht kalt. Zum Glück konnte man mit den Klimageräten heizen ;) auch haben wir den Kamin genutz und es im Wohnzimmer Kuschlig warm zu haben. Trotz des Regens kann man dank der überdachten Terrasse draussen sitzen und die Ruhe geniessen. Ich fand es echt toll:) Simone war ein sehr netter und zuverlässiger Gastgeber. Er ist immer erreichbar und gab und viele Tipps. Leider hatte aber nicht jedes Restaurant offen. Trotzdem kann man in Pula gut Essen. Ich habe ihn gefagt wo man Flamignos gut sehen kann und wir hatten Glück mit seinem Tipp es war wunderbar. Su Gideu Beach, das müsst ihr sehen. wenn ihr Glück habt sind Flamignos dort. Danke für alles:)

Sehr schöne Unterkunft – genauso wie auf den Bildern. Die Aussicht ist fantastisch und das Meer nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Die Gastgeber waren unglaublich herzlich und hilfsbereit, mit superschneller Kommunikation – absolut empfehlenswert!

Die Gastgeber sind sehr liebenswert. Die Unterkunft liegt wunderbar oberhalb der Bucht. Die Schlafzimmer sind sehr ruhig nach hinten gelegen. Die letzten 200 m zur Unterkunft sind eine holprige Straße. Man muss zudem mit einigen Navigatonssystemen (Waze) aufpassen, da die Straße nicht korrekt angezeigt wird. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und empfehlen diese Unterkunft sehr.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful and peaceful villa. The setting among ancient olive trees was absolutely charming, and we loved the tranquility of the countryside while still being so close to the town and nearby supermarket. The apartment was just as described and the barbecue and outdoor shower were great extras that made the stay feel even more special. Everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared. Marina was a wonderful host and we would absolutely love to come back!

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Woche in der Villa von Anna und Carlo. Das Haus ist wirklich schön und der Garten (inklusive riesigem Pool) ein Traum. Wir wurden von Anna und Carlo herzlich empfangen und während unseres gesamten Urlaubs haben uns die beiden mit Restaurantempfehlungen, Ausflugszielen und weiteren Tipps versorgt. Wir können die Villa uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und werden mit Sicherheit in Zukunft selber noch einmal ein paar Tage dort verbringen!

Ich habe die Wohnung für meine Eltern gemietet und sie waren absolut begeistert von Fabio. Er ist ein wundervoller, freundlicher und stets hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Er hat sogar für meinen Vater den Fernseher so eingestellt, dass er Nations League schauen konnte. Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen, man ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß am Meer. Fabio hat sogar Strandtücher, Sonnenschirm und Campingstühle bereitgestellt. Besonders hat meinen Eltern die große Terrasse mit dem großen Esstisch und dem Sofa und den Sesseln gefallen. Hier konnten sie die meiste Zeit im Freien verbringen und haben es sehr genossen. Die Küche ist hervorragend ausgestattet, sogar ein Thermomix von Vorwerk ist vorhanden. Es gab wirklich nichts, was meine Eltern in der Küche vermisst hätten. Meine Eltern hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub, vielen Dank dafür Fabio. Ich würde die Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.

I had a great stay at Orietta’s place! The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and located in a quiet and beautiful area. Orietta was a kind and thoughtful host—she gave clear instructions and was always available for questions. I really appreciated her reminders before check-out, and everything went smoothly. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others. Thank you, Orietta!

We had a wonderful week in a beautiful location and enjoyed all the amenities that the apartment offered. Not being in a main resort suited our needs perfectly. We were very pleased with Simone’s support throughout our stay.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt bei Marcantonio, der sehr freundlich ist. Die Unterkunft war sauber und wir hatten alles, was man benötigt. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Der Pool war natürlich das Highlight und die Aussicht auf die Berge von dort aus wunderschön. Es war ruhig und weg von allem Trubel, wie wir es uns vorgestellt hatten. Wir bekamen leckeren Wein und viele nützliche Tipps. Mit dem Auto konnten wir diverse Traumstrände und Ausflugsziele in Kürze erreichen. Unser nächster Sardinen Urlaub wird wieder hier verbracht.

Enrico was a lovely host. He said to always ask him for beach recommendations so he could recommend something based on the direction of the wind and he never missed! He was also very helpful with any other sort of local recommendations for restaurants or other things to do, and unerringly friendly. He lives above the guest house, but it's very private. The location is absolutely stunning, the pool is even better than the picture, the garden is absolutely teeming with life. We were there in May, so it was full of flowers, butterflies, dragonflies, and frogs in the pool. We were also visited daily by the two dogs who live on the property. We had a wonderful time. The place was clean, quiet, peaceful. It’s a bit difficult to find. The road that leads to the apartment is very bumpy, and you’re not sure if you’re on the right road. But it’s a wonderful place.Andrea and Anna are wonderful hosts. They answered my text timely and always to the point, thank you Highly recommended to anyone who’s looking forward peace, quiet and relaxations. We’re enjoyed very much ❤️❤️

We are thankful to Franco and his mother Pietra for our stay at their house. Franco is very responsive and helpful, easy to communicate with and friendly. Lady Pietra is a caring and very nice person, we were glad to meet her and talk to her. She met us at the house and explained everything really well. The apartment is a part of a family house with a separate entrance. There is a lot of space, big enough for a big family. It feels cozy as at home. There are big windows that give much light, and the balcony with a garden view is a great place for morning coffee. All the amenities were in place, and we had everything we needed for a great time. While the house is located at a quiet side street, there are shops and restaurants in a walking distance. You can even walk down to the beach by feet though it's easier by car. I would definitely recommend staying in this tranquil and beautiful place.

The absolute perfect stay for a beach vacation. The house is about a 5 minute walk to a really nice, not packed, beach. You can also walk into town in about 10 minutes with lots of restaurants and grocery stores. The home itself was gorgeous, great bathroom, wonderful kitchen, and lots of shades if you want to sleep in. The view from the living room was breathtaking. One of the best stays I have ever been to!

Cosimo is a fantastic host. He is kind, warm, sincere and helpful. We came away feeling like we were cousins we hadn’t seen in a little bit— La famiglia! We would absolutely recommend this for families… so many animals on property and domus di janus— the kids spent a lot of time outside playing with the animals— a quintessential agritourismo. Grazie Mille per tutti cosimo, Beatrice e Neve (La gatto bianco). We’ll be back! Cosimo è un host fantastico. È gentile, caloroso, sincero e disponibile. Siamo andati via sentendoci come cugini che non vedevamo da un po': La famiglia! Lo consiglieremmo assolutamente alle famiglie... così tanti animali nella proprietà e domus di janus: i bambini hanno trascorso molto tempo fuori a giocare con gli animali: un agriturismo per eccellenza. ¡Estancia Inmejorable en Cerdeña! Nuestra estancia de 3 días en la casa de Pierpaolo, en el sur de Cerdeña, ha sido sencillamente perfecta. Desde el momento en que llegamos, nos sentimos como en casa. La vivienda es increíblemente completa, equipada con absolutamente todo lo que puedas necesitar y más. Realmente pensaron en cada detalle, lo cual hizo nuestra estancia muy cómoda y sin preocupaciones. La ubicación es fantástica: tranquila, pero a la vez idealmente situada para explorar tanto las maravillosas playas del sur de la isla como la vibrante ciudad de Cagliari. Pudimos disfrutar de lo mejor de ambos mundos sin grandes desplazamientos. Pero, sin duda, lo que más destacamos es la hospitalidad y atención de Pierpaolo. Es, con creces, el mejor anfitrión que hemos tenido en nuestra ya extensa experiencia en Airbnb. Su amabilidad y disposición hicieron que nuestra visita fuera aún más especial. Recomendamos esta casa al 100% y esperamos de corazón poder volver muy pronto.

Di passaggio da Putzu Idu ci siamo fermati due notti da Giusy. Tutto molto gradevole, a cominciare dal profumo della vegetazione circostante. La casa è simpatica e fresca, il giardino è popolato da piccoli angoli per il relax, tettoie, un barbecue, e perfino un'amaca.

Meine Freundin und ich verbrachten eine wundervolle Zeit in der Unterkunft von Nicola. Die geräumige Hütte liegt mitten in der Natur, dennoch ist alles Nötige gut erreichbar. Der alte aber gut funktionierende Holzherd hat uns in dieser teilweise noch kühlen Jahreszeit gute Dienste geleistet und wir kochten sogar darauf. Absolute Stille und klare Sternennächte machten den Aufenthalt sehr entspannend und dank der einsamen Lage besonders romantisch. Das Wasser entstammt einer eigenen Quelle und schmeckt fantastisch. Die Einrichtung ist funktional, teilweise sehr kreativ gestaltet mit witzigen Details. Für eine Hütte jedoch sehr komfortabel inklusive Gasherd, Elektrobackofen, tolle Orangenpresse, Flatscreen, Waschmaschine, breites Bett mit guter Matratze, etc. Die Beleuchtung wirkt teilweise etwas improvisiert, man gewöhnt sich jedoch schnell daran. Sehr gemütliches Wohnambiente, Hüttenatmosphäre. Alles in allem große Empfehlung, jederzeit gerne wieder, DANKE!!!

Location,splendida. E casa molto bella in piena natura. un consiglio irrilevante ai fini del giudizio ,dovresti mettere un cartello ,che indichi l'ingresso dalla strada principale ,per rendere più visibile la strada. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente ,grazie per l'ospitalità,a presto.

Ein wundervoller Urlaub in einem Häuschen auf einem Hügel mitten in der Natur mit Blick auf das Tal und das Meer, mit atemberaubenden Sonnenaufgängen und nächtlichem Sternenhimmel - schöner geht's nicht! Mit dem Auto alles wie Strand, Supermarkt, Restaurants in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Der Check-in war auch total easy, Unterkunft hatte alles, was wir brauchten und Andrea hat auf jede Nachricht schnell reagiert und uns Tipps gegeben. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Luciano e la sua famiglia sono stati sempre molto gentili e disponibili, la casa è in ottima posizione vicina alle bellissime spiagge della zona. Ottimo per famiglie.

Wir hatten 9 wunderbare Nächte in der Unterkunft von Andrea. Jeden Morgen (anfangs Oktober) einen wunderschönen Sonnenaufgang von der Terasse! Auf Tertenia hat man 15min mit dem Auto, in 5min hat man aber 2-3 leckere Restaurants, 2 Supermärkte und 2-3 schöne Strände. In der Küche haben wir alles für einfachere Mahlzeiten gefunden und das Bett war sehr bequem :) Ein weiteres Highlight ist die Aussendusche, die auch Warmwasser hat, damit man am Abend unter Sternenhimmel duschen kann. Ich würde sofort wieder dahin, es ist wirklich ein kleines Paradies!
