Wir waren 1 Woche in der Wohnung von Michele und Francesca und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Einchecken war problemlos, die Kommunikation super. Die Wohnung war sauber und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Vermieter und auch die Wohnung sind sehr zu empfehlen. Vielen Dank.

Elena è fantastica, la sua casa un gioiellino in una posizione ottima per visitare la città a piedi. La casa è fornita di tutto ma proprio tutto ciò di cui puoi aver bisogno. Le indicazioni di Elena su ristoranti e spiagge sono state precise e tutte di location di qualità altissima. Super suggerita! E se torno a Cagliari torno nella splendida Suite Azuni!

Verten var hyggelig, imøtekommende og kom med en utrolig nyttig liste med anbefalinger til strender, resturanter, barer og ellers andre ting å finne på i og rundt Cagliari. Har nesten ikke vært med på maken. Største utfordring var kanskje at bilen jeg reiste med var i største laget for å kjóre i de smale gatene gjennom gamlebyen. Ellers var det ikke vanskelig å finne parkering i nær-området. Cagliari var en fin og hyggelig by med plenty fine strender i området rundt og i byen. Vil anbefale et besøk til andre.

appartement petit, propre et bien agencé. petit coton sympa. en centre historique et en face d un restaurant fréquenté. sassari est une jolie ville ou la vie commence vers 21h : beaucoup de gens sur les places au frais et dans les bars avec musique.

Stayed in Cagliari for the first time, half on vacation, half working, and Massimo’s place was the perfect home to do that in. It’s located just a couple blocks from the bus and train stations, while also only being just a couple blocks from the main city square. The view overlooking the tree lined park was relaxing and the apartment itself immediately felt like home. The WiFi worked great, even for video calls. As a solo female travel for this trip, I felt incredibly safe too. Plenty of people walking around in the evening, and the building itself was well secured. Massimo was a very organized and proactive host. The flexible self check in was especially appreciated. If I ever return to Cagliari, I would absolutely stay here again.

Very quiet place, right on the beach, in a private residence. We appreciate the beautiful beach and the equipment of the house. The children enjoyed the paddleboard and the youngest child the sand toys. Inside the house there is also everything you need. The house is smaller and you can see that the interior is older, but we liked it there and we found everything we needed including a washing machine, coffee maker, plenty of towels and everything for cooking. We also appreciate the tennis court a short distance from the house. The house is in a quiet area and the only disadvantage is that you can't walk to the shop and restaurants, but we knew that. The beach and the peace are worth it. In our period (end of October) almost everything is closed. The hosts are very nice and always helpful and we would love to come back someday.

Clean, well appointed apartment. Great location, lots of restaurants nearby and cafe next door great for breakfast and drinks after a day out. Very good communication with Mauro. Would recommend to friends.

Gute Unterkunft wie im Inserat beschrieben. Zentrale Lage um die Sehenswürdigkeiten und die Strände in der Nähe zu besuchen. Die Unterkunft kann mit gutem Gewissen nur weiter empfohlen werden.

Das Haus ist sehr modern eingerichtet. Die Geräte sind alle modern und gut bedienbar. Das WLAN war sehr gut. Alle Zimmer haben eine Klimaanlage, die sehr gut und leise ist. Es gibt ausreichend Dusch- und Handtücher. Die Badezimmer sind sehr modern, es fehlen nur Ablagemöglickeiten im unteren Badezimmer.Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr gut. Der sehr schöne Strand und viele gute Restaurants kann man gut zu Fuß erreichen. Es gibt einen kostenlosen Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Die Kommunikation mit Andrea klappte immer sehr gut. Es könnte mehr Teller und Töpfe geben, dann müsste man nicht so oft den Geschirrspüler anstellen. Gläser, Tassen und Besteck gibt es ausreichend. Der Wäscheständer ist zu klein und es fehlen definitiv Auflagen für die Holzliegen auf der oberen Terrasse. Das sind Dinge, die man sicher ändern kann.Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Haus sehr empfehlen.

Franca est une personne vraiment attachante et très à l’écoute. L’appartement et le superbe balcon donnant directement sur la mer permettent d’assister à des levées du soleil spectaculaires. Les bougainvilliers en fleurs, les citronniers débordant de fruits mûrs (dès le mois de mai), le chant d’innombrables variétés d’oiseaux, la mer turquoise, la plage de sable fin, l’immense massif rocheux en arrière-plan font de cet appartement un petit bijoux. Bien que situé dans un endroit extrêmement tranquille, tout au bout d’une petite route, le site de Zinnibiri Mannu est à proximité d’excellents restaurants. Le rythme de vie des gens de cette région et leur gentillesse est peut-être ce qui est le plus remarquable et le plus agréable. Il n’est pas surprenant que le village de Tertenia recèle autant de centenaires: les Sardes savent comment apprécier la vie et prennent le temps de la vivre. Our stay was amazing, but what truly stood out was the host. From the moment we booked, they were incredibly friendly and responsive—honestly one of the kindest and most helpful hosts we’ve ever interacted with. They made everything so smooth and stress-free. The Airbnb itself was not only clean and cozy, but full of thoughtful touches: cold water ready for us, a super cute magnet souvenir, and a bunch of helpful resources to make the most of our trip. You can really tell how much care went into every detail. Highly recommend booking this place—you’ll feel genuinely taken care of from start to finish. Wir haben als Familie zu viert 10 Tage in Pilars schöner Wohnung verbracht und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Wohnung ist geräumig, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und äußerst sauber. Wir hatten (bis auf morgendliches, freundliches Vogelgezwitscher) viel Ruhe und Privatsphäre. Der Ausblick ist wirklich fantastisch, morgens sieht man bei einem Espresso die Kitesurfer am Strand und abends hört man beim Sonnenuntergang die Wellen rauschen. Die Betten waren sehr gemütlich, die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. In der Umgebung gibt es fußläufig sehr schöne Strände (wir mochten die Spiaggia di Sa Colonia am liebsten), in ca 20 Minuten Spaziergang ist man am Meer. Im Nachbarort gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt, es empfiehlt sich aber, großere Einkäufe zb in Pula zu erledigen. Pilar war als Gastgeberin immer erreichbar und super freundlich. Wir können die Wohnung wirklich wärmstens empfehlen. Danke für einen sehr schönen Urlaub!

Die Unterkunft von Marco hat uns sehr gut gefallen! Schon im Vorfeld wurden wir herzlich von Christine, seiner Verwalterin, betreut – mit viel Engagement, tollen Tipps und schneller Kommunikation. Wir durften u.a. früher einchecken, haben Empfehlungen bekommen und eine genaue Wegbeschreibung zur Unterkunft erhalten. Die Wohnung war gut ausgestattet und hat uns gut gefallen – besonders gefreut haben wir uns über den bereitgestellten Wein und das Wasser zur Begrüßung - eine schöne Geste! Die Lage ist top: Strand, Restaurants, Supermarkt und Eisdielen sind fußläufig erreichbar – das Auto konnten wir oft stehen lassen. In Hafennähe muss man mit ein paar Mücken rechnen, was uns aber kaum gestört hat. Ein riesiges Dankeschön an Christine, die immer schnell, freundlich und herzlich geantwortet hat – das ist nicht selbstverständlich! Man merkt, dass hier der Mensch im Mittelpunkt steht. 🙏🏻

Wir (Eltern und ein Jahr altes Baby) waren eine Woche zu Gast und fanden es einfach perfekt! Wir haben gegrillt und an den windigen Tagen mit dem Baby im Pool gebadet. Wir haben ein Auto gemietet und damit ist man bald an den wunderschönen Stränden der Umgebung und natürlich nahversorgern. Das Haus schaut so aus, wie auf den Bildern und Gabriele hat dazu liebevoll alles für unser Baby vorbereitet( Kinderstuhl mit Befestigungsmittel, Spielzeug, Babywasser, im Garten Luftmatratze,Schaukel und Rutsche)! Er hat sich jeden Tag erkundigt, ob wir was brauchen. Auch hat er uns gute Tipps für Restaurants und Unternehmungen gegeben. Check in und out waren flexibel ( vielen lieben Dank) und unkompliziert. Einfach perfekt !!!

Dès notre arrivée chez Damiano nous nous sommes sentis comme chez-nous! Damiano nous attendait et a pris le temps de faire le tour du logement avec nous. Le logement est superbe! Moderne, bien équipé, confortable et d’une propreté IMMACULÉE (parole de fille très sélective au niveau de la propreté). Nous avons profité de la magnifique terrasse avec vue sur la mer tous les jours pour les petits déjeuners et les apéros de fin d’après midi. Tous les équipements du logement fonctionnent parfaitement (AC, stores électriques, TV, douche, etc) Pour ceux qui se demandent si l’emplacement est loin du centre historique, cela se fait vraiment bien à pied (magnifique promenade en bord de mer de 20-25 min). Tous les soirs nous prenions la voiture pour se rapprocher du centre historique (4min max en voiture) et il était super facile de se garer à proximité. Une de nos meilleures expériences Airbnb, notre seul regret est de ne pas être restés plus longtemps. Nous reviendrons!

A gem in the heart of Cagliari. The location is perfect for visiting the city and despite being central and surrounded by restaurants and clubs it is very quiet. Enrica is an excellent host, very helpful and responsive. Apartment very clean and perfectly matching the description.

Das Apartment ist neu renoviert, sehr gemütlich und sauber. Mitten im Herzen von Cagliari - Cafés, Restaurants, Bars, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, alles in direkter Nähe der Altstadt. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und haben sogar Siesta auf dem Zimmer verbracht, weil es so schön war. Wir können den Aufenthalt nur empfehlen! Hinzu kommt, dass Valentina sehr nett, hilfreich und herzlich ist. Sie hat uns hilfreiche Tipps gegeben und war schnell erreichbar. Volle Empfehlung, wenn man Cagliari erkunden will.

Rarement rencontré un Airbnb aussi propre. Appartement très bien placé et bien décoré. On se sent comme chez soi ! Je recommande sans hésitations.

Elena’s place was stunning. Hands down the BEST place I’ve ever stayed in. From the white sparkling interior, to insanely comfortable beds with white crisp linen to white marble bathrooms with excellent showers. Just a minute away from great cafe’s and restaurants. Marina was just 5-7 minutes away. Elena was extremely responsive too. I’m already planning my next stay at Elena’s stately retreat.

Es war ein super Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung war sehr sehr schön und der Gastgeber ist extrem freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Lage ist perfekt, da man mitten in der Stadt ist und einen tollen Eindruck von dem Ort bekommt. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl und würden immer wieder kommen.

Stayed 4 nights, 5 days at this apartment and was very pleased. The location is excellent, it was spotlessly clean, and Viktoriia was extremely helpful and responsive. I didn't realize it was a Murphy bed, but it was still comfortable. I really appreciated having the access to a washing machine for a longer trip. I highly recommend!

Constantin ist ein sehr herzlicher und zuvorkommender Gastgeber und antwortet sehr schnell. Er hat sich sehr, auch unter persönlichen Einsatz, bemüht, ein Problem mit der Dusche zeitnah zu beheben. Die Wohnung entspricht der Beschreibung und ist großzügig ausgestattet. Die Lage der Wohnung ist zentral, dennoch ruhig. Wir haben uns dort als Familie sehr willkommen und wohl gefühlt.
