Around the whole house is the large balcony. Below is a cozy path (50 m) to the private jetty for a morning swim. Take a ride with the rowing boat and try your luck fishing or borrow our two SUPs. In the immediate vicinity, there is wilderness with plenty of trails, including the Vildmarksleden, for hiking, running and mountain biking. Airport: 8 minutes Chalmers golf course: 5 min

Upper Järkholmen

Relax in this unique and tranquil accommodation with views that extend across the entire Askimsfjorden all the way out to Tistlarna. Here you can sit and study nature, the archipelago, hear the seagulls' cries with your morning coffee and go down and take a morning swim as the first thing you do. Children can move freely in the area as there is no direct traffic, instead there are nice natural areas around the area. Here you live comfortably even though the house is small. Practical with well-planned areas and private patio. Bedroom for 2 people. The living room has a sofa bed. The house is 30m2 and is good for 2-4 people. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped, dining area for 4 people. Bathroom has shower and washing machine. 15-minute walk to swimming and cliffs by the sea. Proximity to direct bus to Gothenburg. Bed linens and towels are provided. Parking just outside. There is a possibility to charge your electric car for a fee.

Enjoy fantastic sea views and a peaceful location, for families and large groups. From the large lawn, you have direct access to SUP paddling. Walk five minutes to the small boat harbor at Lahall for swimming and beach, or walk along the sea and enjoy the beautiful nature. The villa and its surroundings offer excellent opportunities for joint activities, and in the nearby area there are golf and tennis courts. Perfect starting point for discovering Halland and the West Coast, regardless of the season!

My place is right on the beach in the middle of nature. Close to Alingsås, Hindås, Landvetter airport, Gothenburg, Borås. You'll love my place because of the lakeside and nature location. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). The cottage is about 30 square meters and the associated sauna cottage with shower, toilet and laundry is about 15 square meters. Free access to canoe for tenants. Good opportunities for fishing, motorboat available to rent!

Casa Oliva - the finest we have built! The house is centrally located in Mölndal, in a quiet residential area, close to Gothenburg. Our new Attefallshus of 30 m2, called Casa Oliva, is a very cozy little house that was built in 2021 and is in super nice condition. Suitable for those traveling alone, or those visiting Gothenburg for a couple's weekend or longer vacation, or the smaller family (2 adults, 2 children).
