Our vacation cottage is located on the Rhuys Peninsula in a residence with pool. You will appreciate the quietness of the residence and the proximity to the beach (located 300 meters away). The place is perfect for a family. It offers 5 beds upstairs: a master bedroom with double bed as well as a children's bedroom with bunk beds and 1 single bed. The residence's swimming pool is heated (open only in summer, unsupervised). No smoking allowed. Pets not allowed.

Very nice house of 220 m² (5 bedrooms) on a wooded plot of 1100 m² with swimming pool, large south-facing terrace all located between the ocean (600 m accessible on foot by a secure path) and the small village of Penvins (300 m) and its shops. The house is perfect for wonderful moments for families or groups of friends.
