Dans un lieu préservé, à 5 mn du Golfe du Morbihan, charmant chalet au bord d'un étang en pleine nature. Rustique mais confortable : - chauffage par poêle à bois - linge de lit et de toilette - douche, toilettes sèches - produits ménagers et de toilette biodégradables Vous accédez au parc boisé, aux équipements communs (barques, boulodrome, ...) et aux équipements partagés : piscine (chauffée en saison) et sauna (avec supplément). Située sur la presqu'île de Rhuys, à 500 m à pied de la mer, notre maison propose une piscine couverte et chauffée des vacances du 1er mars au 11 novembre. Pour combler vos moments de farniente, vous pourrez vous détendre dans le hammam ou le SPA. La climatisation sera en service à partir de janvier 2027.

Our vacation cottage is located on the Rhuys Peninsula in a residence with pool. You will appreciate the quietness of the residence and the proximity to the beach (located 300 meters away). The place is perfect for a family. It offers 5 beds upstairs: a master bedroom with double bed as well as a children's bedroom with bunk beds and 1 single bed. The residence's swimming pool is heated (open only in summer, unsupervised). No smoking allowed. Pets not allowed.

The swimming pool (open from April to November) will allow you to cool off and offer the little ones an incomparable play area (secured by a pool safety fence).
