Suchada place is as described, check in and check out was very easy, the location was close to the beach and could walk pretty much anywhere you needed to go. We would recommend staying here.

The condo is located on the top 35-th floor and it has absolutely incredible seaview! It's very clean and cozy inside. Also onsen and sauna are very great addition to the swimming pool. The host helped to solve all small problems very quickly. Neighborhood is quiet, but not boring – it has all what you need: beaches, restaurants and cafes, bars, 7-11, money exchange, and all of them are within walking distance. Definitely recommended 👍

Tommy is an absolutely outstanding host! His thoughtfulness and professionalism truly made me feel incredibly comfortable and welcome. I was particularly impressed by his willingness to assist me with late-night difficulties and questions promptly and efficiently. Moreover, the fact that he was there bright and early to see me off to the airport showed a truly special level of care and hospitality. Beyond that, Tommy's recommendations for local restaurants and places to explore in Pattaya were incredibly helpful, leading to some fantastic and memorable experiences. The engaging conversations I had with Tommy were also a big plus, allowing me to learn more about Thai culture and its people. He is genuinely sweet, thoughtful, and amazing! This is definitely a wonderful place to stay. With his professionalism, hospitality, and exceptional enthusiasm, Tommy is sure to provide fantastic stays for anyone who visits.

Overall good place to stay. Nice pool, peaceful location and easy to go to places within the city. Some areas can improve such as bedding mattress, dining chair, sofa , TV. They are currently not bad but it will 5X the experience.

the Villa was amazing! Lots of restaurants, local food vendors, and shops nearby. everything was about a 20 minute drive away. my friends and I had an absolute blast

The home was perfect for our stay. Plenty of space, comfortable beds, clean and easy access to main walking areas. Short walks to beach and local bars.

Отличный дом для компании друзей. Небольшой стол для пула это просто огонь)) Пляж близко, 7/11 в доступности, все доставки приезжают быстро. Короче, нам очень понравилось, жили компанией парней, все были в восторге. Дом не новый, есть бытовые вещи с которыми нужно смириться, типо совмещенного душа+туалета, но в целом все супер. Есть небольшое барбекю, пользовались, все огонь. Много посуды для готовки, большой телевизор для просмотра кино, диваны. За свои деньги отличный домик

Villa 環境清幽，屋內很整潔，每日都有人來打理房間，日常物資很充裕，房東回覆非常好，很適合一家大細渡假，昆蟲很少，整體非常好，推薦入住。

Konumu güzel ve yürüyüş caddesine 10 dakika yakınlıktaydı, fotoğraflarda göründüğü gibiydi, Herşey bakımlı temiz ve yeniydi, ev sahibi ne zaman ulaşmak istesek ilgilendi ve hemen çözüm sundu, harika bir konaklamaydı şiddetle tavsiye ediyorum, 3-4 bekar arkadaşla veya 3 çift olarak gitmek istediğiniz zamam kesinliklie burayı seçmelisiniz.

고급주택가에 위치해 있어서 조용하고 매우 안전한 느낌입니다. 2층집이며 1층은 방 2개, 7명이 잘 수 있는 침대가 마련되어 있고 화장실 2개, 넓은 거실 주방이 있습니다. 주방에는 취사가 가능하도록 주방기기가 잘 갖춰져 있습니다. 2층에도 방2개에 7명이 잘 수 있으며 화장실도 2개가 있어 여러 명이 지내기에 충분합니다. 수영장에 미끄럼틀이 재미있고 2층에는 썬베드와 욕조가 마련되어 있어 좋습니다. 무엇보다 해변과 매우 가깝고 야시장과 근처 편의점과 식당 가기도 편리하며 주변에 즐길 것들이 많습니다. 호스트와 하우스키핑분은 매우 친절하며 빠르게 응답합니다. 주변 안내도 신속히 도와줍니다. 재방문 의사가 있으며 추천합니다.

Замечательные апартаменты с очень красивым видом на море! Сама квартира уютная и приятная, полностью всем оборудованная, идеальное соотношение цена качество. Хозяева также были доброжелательны и отзывчивы, оперативно отвечали на вопросы. Район идеальный в плане транспорта, моря, развлечений, еды, все рядом! Хочется обязательно вернуться сюда ещё!

We enjoyed our stay in Billy's place. It's in a good location with a scenic view of the sea. It was helpful to have the scooter for transportation. We would stay there again.

Thank you so much for the wonderful stay and the communication was very responsive - it helped us to ease the check in and check out. That’s one of the most important factor for me as a guest. The room size | space is very comfortable and giving. The air condition is well and strong especially living in Pattaya , it can get really hot! However just one thing to note - I was hoping maybe the living room sheets can be freshen up more - that will be perfect. Also the gym - the recommendation should be removed as it’s in a rusty condition , I wouldn’t recommend the usage of the gym. The pool view is great and relaxing. This location is great overall.

It's my 7th stay in the Edge building, which to me is the best option to stay in the city. I must say that this was on of my favorite condos. The host goes the extra mile for the guests, by having water & coffee available, providing useful equipments (washer & dryer included) and creating a nice interior design. I Would definitely recommend this place!

The place is nice and comfortable. Ratchanee is really helpful and responsive. It is worth staying. Just a small suggestion if owner can provide the bathroom amenties i.e shavers...would be great

This place is awesome. Can I post pictures of the sunsets I took? I stood, sometimes sat, drank coffee, mesmerized by idyllic sunsets on the balcony. I wanted to leave whatever I was doing in the city every night and come back here for the sunset - that's how inspiring it is. And the room: certainly large enough for me. Slept great with quality bedding. I didn't do any cooking but the kitchen seems equipped well enough. Bathroom was extremely clean including the grout. And some of the other reviews talked about music noise at night. It was certainly very light when I was there, and I didn't hear it at all when the sliding glass door was closed. Great little bagel restaurant right behind the building on the next street over too. Well done hosts.
