Close to shopping streets and restaurants, this two-room apartment is located in a small building. The street is very quiet, nearby parking lots are free. The apartment is decorated in a very comfortable and warm recycled flea market style. It is fully equipped for 4 people. The kitchen is modern, dishwasher, washing machine. The bedroom is equipped with a 160 cm bed, the bedding is new. The sofa bed in the living room is also 160 cm, new.

Le gite se situe près de la sortie de l'autoroute A85, à proximité du CNPE d'Avoine. Il est proche des tous les commerces du centre bourg et des quais de la Loire, point de départ de balades en bateau (gabarre). Il a été rénové récemment, se trouve dans un environnement calme et au coeur de la merveilleuse région des chateaux de la Loire. C'est un endroit adapté aux déplacements professionnels et aux vacanciers.
