The accommodation is fully equipped with dishes, microwave, oven, and dishwasher. You will have 2 bedrooms with a 160 bed and 2 90 beds that can be pushed together, as well as a sofa bed. Dining at the Caves de Marson, a delicious troglodyte restaurant in Fouées (1-minute walk). Visit the Cadre Noir in 5 minutes. 10 minutes from the Loire, Saumur and its many tourist sites.

Full of character and charm, thick local limestone walls keep the house cool in summer yet cosy during colder, truffle-hunting months. The covered terrace is perfect for alfresco dining. In an old school, we installed a loft in the middle of Saumur. Overlooking a wooded courtyard, you can enjoy 3 bedrooms (2 adult bedrooms and 1 bedroom for 4 children), a large living room and a bathroom. You will also have access to an adjoining classroom in which we have created a 3 m x 3 m indoor pool, heated with counter-current swimming. You'll have the option to park 2 vehicles in the yard.
