A wonderful getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city. Great place for relaxing with the family, no electronics, just plan good conversations and lots of games. The place has everything you need down to the pots and pans, coffee makers, and the beds were better than any 5 star hotel! Excellent for our needs on this trip. Thank you!

What a beautiful place to stay! It has everything you need and is steps away from Sonoma Plaza , full of fun shopping and dining! The host was so nice and everything was very clear and easy. We will definitely be back!

Mara is a great host, charming and thorough.........a great combination for us! Her detailed instructions and "hands-off" thereafter approach was perfect for us. The unit was just the right size for us and had everything we needed for our week plus stay. We hope to visit and stay again in the future as the location is perfect for us.

Great space and beautiful property! About mile to Sonoma Square, easy walk and bikes were available too. Nice big shower and stylish accommodations. The hot tub was a nice perk! Loved our time visiting the area! We got coffee and quiche every morning from Basque. Capo Isetta was a great tasting room right in the square. Cheers!

Quaint little cottage and private deck away from and yet close to the town. Excellent and super-responsive hosts, very sweet and kind. Highly recommend for a serene experience in nature on your next Petaluma trip. :)

My husband and I (along with our 6 month old and our dog) enjoyed a perfect Fathers Day/Birthday weekend at Dennis's cottage! The location couldn't be better - so easy to grab provisions or a quick bite around the corner at the general store, and amazing to be able to walk to the beach in just a few minutes. The cottage is cozy - just the right size for two adults and a dog - with everything you need. Having a washing machine was extra convenient, and the balcony and fire place made for relaxing evenings. We love Dillon Beach and are so happy we found this place! Don't hesitate to book :)

We felt right at home; simply and amply appointed. It was surprisingly spacious for a one bedroom and easily accommodated four adults. The outdoor garden space was perfect for evening and morning relaxation. The sign of a GREAT host is how they handle an accidental (major) breakage. As guests, we were mortified. Diana was absolutely gracious. Thank you for your understanding, Diana.

Overall we had a good stay at Susan’s rental. She was very nice and communicative. It was very quiet and the bed was comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook a few meals. Large refrigerator. Regular drip coffee pot. Very close to downtown Mill Valley so you can walk into town easily. There seemed to be a few other renters on this property, and our rental was the very back unit. The walkway down the length of the front house was a bit tight, with 2 gates. It was farther than we expected to load/unload bags. Just a heads up - Parking was a bit tricky because this property is on the main avenue (Blithedale).

Amazing spot in the woods. Great hiking right out the door and our host made it easy as could be to stay. Looking forward to going back.

We absolutely loved our stay at Valerie’s place! I truly can’t say enough good things about it. The place itself was perfect for us. The kitchen and bathrooms were so well appointed, everything was absolutely spotless, the beds were comfortable, and it was wonderful to have a private backyard. Valerie was so responsive and kind. She thought of absolutely everything, and we were so grateful for her flexibility with our checkout time. We will definitely be coming back!

This sweet little artist cottage was just perfect. Mindy has put a lot of effort and energy in making sure there are so many things available for her guests: Kitchen Staples, along with different kinds of coffee and coffee makers. There were fresh eggs and beautiful chocolates, and so much more which made our stay extra special. The cottage is surrounded by a small yard and lovely trees. There is a dedicated parking spot, which was so nice. Very quiet, clean, and the furnishings are just beautiful. Will definitely book again. Thank you for being an exceptional host!

Linda was so kind to us, our daughter wasn’t feeling very well from our long road trip, we had gotten there a bit early with the plan to hang out on the beach until check-in, but Linda had let us check in a little early. She walked down to the house herself to make sure it was ready! The house is located right above the beach, you can walk down there or drive (it cost $10 for an all day pass to park at the beach, you can come and go) the view from the front porch was absolutely gorgeous and so peaceful!! The beds were cozy, it had all the amenities to cook at home. We really enjoyed our stay and plan to return in the near future! Thank you Linda for your wonderful hospitality!

This was a great place! Close to everything but still very quiet, clean and lovely on the inside with a beautiful courtyard on the outside and safe parking. Everything was just as described, and I would definitely stay again!

It was an easy and comfortable place to settle into. Great bed, easy to use thermostat, lots of drawers and closet space. It has two nice decks to sit outside but we didn't use them much because the weather was pretty cold. I guess the weather is the only thing we can complain about! We enjoyed coffee and delicious pastries at the little cafe around the corner. And we had a short walk to see our son and grandchildren. A great place for us and we'd like to stay there again.

The school house was more than we could have ever expected. It took our breath away the second we pulled up to the property. The kids loved walking up the long drive way and exploring the tree grove. Everywhere we looked there was something even more beautiful to discover. The house itself was stocked and cozy. We felt at home immediately. Lisa was in communication the entire time, everything was ran very smooth. We will definitely be back and for a longer stay! Thanks again for a wonderful stay 🤍 Lauren

The house was clean and comfortable in an impossible-to-beat location. Plenty of nearby options for food, shopping, and endless oceanside hikes. The kitchen was well stocked for all of your cooking needs. A few basics were missed such as a delay in check in, due to key code not shared, and mysteriously few bottles of hand soap, but nothing we couldn’t work around. We would stay here again!

Marcy is a great host and communicator. Molly’s Cottage is charming, clean, quiet along with close to downtown and the BART system. We were able to walk to the Lesher Center of the Arts for our granddaughter’s ballet recital and catch a terrific breakfast at Katy’s Kreek. This is such a great place we have returned multiple times, feels like home when we open the door!

Very cute cottage in Atherton. Worked well for me and my colleague. We were able to park our car onsite. The area is very safe and quiet. You are within a few minutes from Stanford, downtown Palo Alto and Sandhill Road. David was very communicative, texting with specific directions and responding to questions throughout our stay. There were several bugs in the cottage (a few, random ants and a handful of spiders).

The house was cute and in a great location, just a few minutes away from the main streets and restaurants in town, as well as a park a few blocks away. Robert reached out early on and was responsive to messages.

We really enjoyed our stay here! Beautiful home and garden. Area was easy to navigate and parking was a breeze. Host was incredibly responsive as well. My only regret is we were too early to see the wisteria in bloom! We would stay here again!

You won't find a more peaceful place for a getaway. If you sit in the rocker on the front porch and look out a the mini vineyard, the view will mesmerize you. If you want a more active stay, downtown Sonoma is only 10 minutes away. The kitchen is well outfitted, and there's a grill out back. The grounds are filled with flowers, there are olive trees lining the property (you'll find olive oil from the fruit of these trees in the kitchen cupboard!). Katherine is a wonderful host: warm and friendly; responsive; thoughtful . There are many nice touches around the house, which is comfortably furnished in all the rooms. We will definitely be coming back! Thank you, Katherine!
