Maison de plain-pied de 87 mètres carrés entre Angoulême et Poitiers. Dans un cadre champêtre, la maison vous accueille pour un séjour calme et reposant. Elle est composée de trois chambres, dont deux avec lits doubles et une avec deux lits simples. La pièce de vie, lumineuse, est composée d’un salon-salle à manger et cuisine d’environ 40 mètres carrés. Elle est reliée à la fibre. Une grande pergola bioclimatique, un jardin clos ainsi qu’un garage dispo. Tout pour le plaisir et la sécurité.

Set in the heart of Verteuil a petite citie de caractere in the Charente we welcome you to Ma jolie petite maison, a one double bedroomed gite that sleeps 4. The building is over 200 years old and has been completely refurbished in 2024. With exposed stone walls and original fireplaces, lit by vintage French chandeliers and tasteful wall lights, the gite is both cosy and comfortable. During your stay you will have exclusive use of the heated swimming pool and a large Moroccan style barn.

Charming small detached house near a large walnut tree in a hamlet offering peace and quiet. 2 steps from the "Le Vieux Cormenier" Museum, 5 min drive to the "La Vallée des Singes" animal park, 45 min to the Futuroscope, 35 min to the Circuit de Valdivienne. 7 km from shops, aquatic center, doctors, pharmacies, cinema, restaurants, gas stations...
