Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Savigné

Très jolie et grande maison neuve. Nous avons trouvé tout ce dont nous avions besoin. La literie est hyper confortable ! Et on avait un garage pour ranger nos vélos ! Dommage que la route soit si bruyante très tôt le matin… mais nous y reviendrions avec plaisir pour finir la visite d’Angoulême ! Très belle ville d’ailleurs !

A gem of a place ! It is not easy to find places in the region that are not exorbitantly expensive or furnished from grandma's leftovers; this hits a perfect note with a mixture of stylish antiques and comfort, everything has been thought of down to the Savon de Marseille in the bathrooms! Clearly lots of love has been poured into the house and it shows, from a well stocked larder with everyday essentials (including coffee pods for the machine) to the lovely welcome hamper. The garden at the back overlooking the old monastery is perfect and very secluded and even though it was only April I managed to eat outside each morning and evening (there are 3 other terraces too). The host is on hand easily for tips on where to eat or visit if needed. Tusson is a great village with a good places to eat including the wonderful Gateaux for amazing cakes.

it was lovely to arrive at such a wonderful place, lots of room to walk the dog, beautiful wildlife, very friendly goats. Chauvigny great for food and coffee.

Marine est une personne agréable, bien que nous ne nous soyons pas vu, par contre je n'ai pas trouvé le code wifi, mais bon nous ne restions que pour une nuit. Très bien 😊👍. Cadre sympathique.

Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Magali. La maison correspond bien aux photos et à la description. Nous avons apprécié entre autres : La mise à disposition du lit à barreaux, baignoire et chaise bébé Mise à disposition du barbecue La chambre pmr pour le papi du groupe Et bien sûr la communication avec Magali de la réservation au départ Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Sylvie‘s Unterkunft ist sehr geräumig und ruhig gelegen und war damit perfekt für unseren Familientrip. Sylvie ist eine sehr herzliche Gastgeberin und hat uns ein leckeres Frühstück vorbeigebracht 😌.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Frédérique. Le logement était très propre, fonctionnel, et au calme. Nous avons apprécié le petit jardin, pour nous y poser le soir à notre retour. De plus il y a un petit parking privé devant le logement.

This is a beautiful place to stay on the banks of the Charente which we enjoyed from the canoe but just loved seeing it flowing along edging the grounds. We came on the train which is a very easy journey from Paris to Jarnac. It is then less than an hours walk along the cycle path or quicker along the very quiet road. The market in Jarnac is excellent and there’s some nice cafes and bars. In Bourg Charente itself the bar tabac sells morning baguette and croissants, especially good to put an order in the day before. Also in the village La Ribaudiere restaurant was absolutely amazing and an experience not to be missed. So this is a great place to stay if you are car free like us but bicycles really help too especially with direct access to the 400 km path La Flow Velo. Lots of fun! Thanks to Andrea and Dominic.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Frederik et Ton ! (et leurs Beagles !) Leur maison est très belle, avec du charme et très bien équipée, la literie confortable. Le jardin est immense ! Notre seul regret : ne pas être restés plus longtemps ! :-) Blandine et Ronan

Julian’s place was most peaceful and relaxing. We stayed a week but could have stayed longer. We had all the amenities we wanted and feel that the gite is very good value for money. The weather was unseasonably cool, but we still enjoyed swimming in the unheated pool. There are two outdoor spaces which we used each day. For cooler weather there is a substantial wood burner.

magnifique endroit paisible accompagné par les coassements des grenouilles et les sauts de carpes...un régal...le spa par une chaleur accablante un vrai délice... par contre déçus de ne pas pouvoir fermer la porte à clé, du canapé vraiment pas confortable même si nous avons passé notre temps à l'extérieur du chalet, de la couette avec beaucoup de tâches...sans ces petits bémols, le séjour a été idyllique , la région ne demande qu'à être découverte !!! propriétaires très discrets er accueillants

We had a wonderful stay at the cottage! The house provided us with everything we needed! It was very cosy, nicely decorated and clean! All kinds of equipment to cook, basics such as coffee and milk and other snacks and drinks were also available upon our arrival, we felt so welcome! The message on the blackboard was heart-warming;-). There were all kinds of extras such as a whole collection of DVDs and books, toys for kids all ages, ... The pool was magnificent, just big enough for a refreshing dive or just having fun in the water. The garden was also very nice, well equipped (and safe for kids!), the patio next to the barn very cosy and relaxing! Last but not least, I would like to give a special thanks to Lesley, the lovely house keeper, who provided us with everything we needed (and quickly!), she made us feel very welcome. We have stayed in some amazing places in our time, but this has to be the most beautiful, stunning, amazing place we have ever been to. Diana was amazing and couldn’t have been more helpful. We will remember this holiday for the rest of our lives, the gites were just perfect, the area was outstanding, we loved every moment and didn’t want to come home! The bed was phenomenal and a real treat as we only have a double at home….we were in sheer luxury!! Casa muito acolhedora. Anfitriã muito querida e preocupada com o bem estar dos Hóspedes. Recomendamos a todos para estadias em família, com amigos ou mesmo com colegas de trabalho como foi o nosso caso.

Quelle agréable surprise, mieux que sur les photos et les commentaires. Rien ne manque, même votre 1er repas est dans le réfrigérateur ! On se sent vraiment bien à la Grange aux livres, il y a beaucoup de jolis détails que vous découvrirez au fil des jours..Sophie est très accueillante, humaine et bienveillante. Une de nos plus belle expérience Airbnb, un petit pincement au coeur en quittant ce si bel et paisible endroit. N'hésitez pas si vous chercher le calme, la campagne et le chant des oiseaux.

Nous avons passé un superbe week end chez Guillaume ! Un lieu magnifique remplit de verdure accompagné du calme et du chant des oiseaux . Les cygnes , canard , hérissons , oiseaux nous accompagnes tout le long de notre séjour des hôtes très gentils ! Je recommande vivement pour des amoureux et respectueux de la nature , et profiter en même temps d’une petite pêche . La location est tout confort . Nous reviendrons avec plaisir .

Etienne est un hôte trés attentionné et bienveillant Nous sommes arrivés tard et en son absence, il s'est renseigné pour savoir si nous étions bien arrivés et n'avions pas de problème d'installation, il a répondu instantanément à nos questions par message malgré l'heure tardive Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour Le voisinage est très agréable, le lieu est paisible et nous nous sommes sentis bienvenus avec notre chienne Le logement est typique et reposant Attention cependant aux escaliers un peu raides, surprenants le 1er jour mais on s'y fait rapidement Le jardin est magnifique, en bord de rivière Je recommande +++

Wij hebben genoten van ons verblijf bij Barbara en Kevin. De gîte is prachtig, je kan fijn parkeren, de tuin is groot en goed onderhouden, het zwembed is gemaakt voor de plek en in het huis zit alles wat je nodig hebt. Alles, maar dan ook echt aan alles is gedacht. Na een moeilijk jaar waren we heel hard toe aan rust, dat vonden we hier. We zijn verliefd op de omgeving waar leuke uitstapjes te doen zijn en waar je heerlijk kan eten, maar bovenal zijn we dol op deze parel van een plek en het stel dat het allemaal mogelijk heeft gemaakt.

Nous avons séjourné plusieurs semaines pour raisons professionnelles et remercions Pauline pour sa réactivité et sa mise à disposition. Discrète, mais présente à la fois. Le gîte est très propre fonctionnel et correspond à la description. Nous recommandons une petite halte dans cette maison rénovée.
