Holiday rentals with beach access in Savudrija

Definitely loved the walk ability from Alenka’s place! Penthouse balcony was amazing to enjoy. Great views! Kitchen is well stocked. Beds are comfortable. Very responsive to our questions. A little challenge was 3 flights steps with our large heavy suitcases. She was very helpful with offering to book electric shuttle back to the parking garage. (If arriving by car - a better idea is to park at the garage, ask Alenka to order the shuttle that can carry luggage and passengers and be dropped off close to the apartment.)

Domen's place is clean, neat, quiet and well equipped. The location is great and short distance walking to place of interests and main bus stop. The hosts were helpful and friendly. Their homemade juice, wine and jam were delicious.

Perfect for our family of 4 including 2 adult children. Immaculate!

It is always a great pleasure to stay in Mrs. Sandra's apartment from every point of view.

The location of this place is really wonderful: a wonderful view of the sea and the old town of Piran. In no time you are at the harbor, a bakery and a market are also not far away even if you have to put a few meters of altitude behind you. But the view makes up for it! The communication with Ana's father was extremely pleasant! Very helpful and completely straightforward! We will be happy to come back...

It was an excellent stay, with an excellent and very helpful host. We enjoyed Novigrad the most of the Istrian Coastal towns (just our opinion), it felt clean, safe, charming, and the restaurants were walkable and we had great food and drinks.

Mirjam’s place above the city is lovely and the view is so calming. Very quiet are and feels like home away from home. Thank you.

Tanja and Darko welcomed us in a loving way. Smiling and always available, they gave us all the useful information to explore the area and pampered us by offering us products from their territory and an excellent snack prepared by Tanja. The accommodation is extremely well-kept and very clean, with air conditioning, mosquito nets, parking and a small fenced garden perfect for traveling with your dog. Located in a quiet and convenient area, just a few minutes' walk from the sea. A convenience store, bakery and restaurant are also within walking distance. Highly recommended! We can't wait to come back!!

The apartment’s atmosphere was very nice. Designed by an interior designer, few years ago fully refurbished. Some parts look good, but are not really practical (big chandeliers). The kitchen is fully equipped, so we could prepare food easily. The AC was working. Alenka reccommended us a lot of places to visit, she is a really kind and helpful host :) enjoyed our stay in Piran and would recommend Casa Matteo to anyone :)

What a fabulous home. So spacious and with every facility you could imagine. We were welcomed on check in by Hiru who was very helpful and again on check out. She was always available if required. The house was amazing and whilst a taxi ride from the town, still had a shop and a few restaurants within meters. Would definitely recommend staying here - great for a family or group of friend.

Very good location, centrally located in Barcola, but quiet. Great ambiance, beautiful rooms. And René was an excellent host, very accommodating, always available, informative, very friendly, thank you very much. Without a doubt, I would book again immediately if I were in Trieste. Our vacation in this house was just great. The house is very nice and decorated with a lot of love. The pool is great and is cleaned daily. The terraces offer plenty of space and are all great. The house is exactly as described. All things, such as soap, sponges, oil and much more are new. It all looked like no one had ever been there. Everything was very clean and you feel right at home. Just beautiful. The area is quiet, but you can get everywhere quickly by car. In the village there is a small stand that always has fresh fruit and vegetables. It's worth supporting. But the best part is the landlords. The two take care of everything. They are always ready to give tips and you are also provided with treats in between. They're both super nice. Overall, I highly recommend this place. That was certainly not our last time.

Gorgeous little house just outside Umag. Two minutes stroll to the sea and a couple of restaurants/beach bars. The house comes with an SUP and two bikes which was great. We drove into Umag most evenings for dinner where there are loads of restaurants, we particularly liked the ones along the sea front. We also drove to Rovinj which is beautiful and Porec. We felt Umag was nicely off the beaten track, away from other busy places in August.

We - a family of 5 with kids aged 10, 7, 5 - stayed at the house for a week in August. The house is situated in an incredibly beautiful spot overlooking the Bay of Trieste near Piran. The surroundings were great for us: A private walking/climbing path allowed us to reach the rocky beach in 5 minutes; the garden is great for relaxing (as long as the mosquitos were asleep...); and beautiful Piran is just 10...15 minutes away on foot. The house has all needed amenities and a nice mediterranean ambience. Out host Baca provided us with all needed information and hints and always responded quickly. Thank you for making this stay possible!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Vila Kolumban. The garden was perfect for our kids to play in and the views were amazing. The surroundings were peaceful and we were able to completely relax. The house was comfortable, light, spacious and clean. Špela provided games for our kids to play with and gave us recommendations for the local area. Špela and Peter were friendly and kind. We recommend booking this place!

Susanna`s place was more than adequate for our stay in Trieste. Susanna and her son met us at the door and provided us with a lot of advice and suggestions for us to do in Trieste. Sitting on the balcony and enjoying the view for me was fantastic. the unit is in a very quiet location although a bit out from the city centre. We enjoyed 3 meals in the unit on the balcony during our stay. Susanna is a fantastic host and we would recommend staying at Susanna`s place. Note, there is a short but tight spiral staircase to access the room so bear that in mind if mobility for you is a problem. However, it was not a problem for us. I definitely recommend a stay at Susanna`s place.

Great room, right next to the sea - Andrej was always available and gave us numerous recommendations regarding activities, restaurants, etc.

Christina’s place was absolutely amazing. It is been one of our favorite places we have stayed at, beautiful. Christina was very helpful with any and all questions. Thanks so much, we love Trieste and Christina help make it great.

This is our 3rd time staying with Jasna & Vlado and are very comfortable in Dajla. Meee is within 4 minutes walking distance, Konoba with delicious food even closer. Bakery is also within walking distance. Jasna and Vlado can be contacted at any time and they are always friendly.

Nice place to stay in a great location!

Marina's house is large and well-equipped, comfortable beds, large and pleasant bathrooms. Remarkable common areas! The location is excellent, with a bus stop right outside the house to reach the seafront and the center in a very short time, and taxi parking in front of the door. Car parking nearby if you're lucky! Park S. Giacomo 5 minutes from the house (for a fee). Marina is friendly, punctual and informed! Great stay, thank you! Marco

Great place. Had everything we needed and was perfectly located. Simon was very helpful. Getting in was a little tricky but mainly because we arrived at night. Simon provided good photo instructions but, again, at night, well, it was dark - not his fault. A warning: the apartment is on the fifth floor and there's no elevator. That was no problem for us (and maybe that's in the listing) but it's something to consider if you're older and/or have a disability. But otherwise, it's a great apartment. I would definitely rent it again.

The apartment was completely as described, plus you add a live charm, and then it's even nicer. The space is relatively small but brilliantly organized. Everything is in place. Stancic is quiet, ususky, warm and romantic. Natasha and Sammuele are very proactive and share everything in advance. There's a whole "book" recommendation left on what to see, where to go, where to eat. The street is two minutes from the seafront. The apartment is on the fourth floor which will give you a great view, all the way to the Miramare Castle.
