Small cozy mountain hut, away from the hustle and bustle, secluded location (about 100 m to the nearest house) in a small forest plot. Fire / barbecue area as well as public playground and outdoor swimming pool in the immediate vicinity. In winter (in case of snow) ski and toboggan slope right by the house (private - without elevator) There is a large bed (3 mattresses) and a pull-out sofa bed. No wifi, poor cellular connection. Accessible by car via Wiesenweg in summer. In winter approx. 100 m walk. Basic heating electr.

Luxurious cottage for 4 people with whirlpool, sauna, air conditioning, underfloor heating, spacious outdoor facilities and panoramic views.
