Es war eine wunderbare Erfahrung, man fühlte sich sehr willkommen und tatsächlich zu Gast. Bianca ist wunderbar! Der Blick, der Pool, der Garten, das Haus, ein Kleinod! Schade, dass so weit weg - wir wollen bestimmt wieder kommen.

Giuseppe was very proactive, kind and helpful. Provided us with useful destinations (beaches, restaurants,..). We felt very welcomed at the place and the overall expirience was a positive one. The parking was sometimes a challenge but we made do. It was a well spent time on a beutiful place. Thank you Giuseppe.

The view is spectacular. The house is updated and comfortable with the tremendous advantage of a parking place right out front. While it is difficult to explain, the place is private, without being uncomfortably so. It is in an unusual location, buy once you understand the layout of the roads, it is quite easy to find. There is a wonderful little town on the sea that has everything. We found ourselves there quite a bit: both for a stroll and for breakfast or dinner. If you want to explore, the roads are windy in this area of Italy, but awesomely breathtaking. The large beach area directly down from the apartment is beyond beautiful. We had no issues with the house or the area. Loved it. Thank you!

First off it the place has a gorgeous view, especially from the upper terrace it's lovely. The village downhill is nice and small with good restaurants and pretty beaches. The apartment was clean and had all the amenities we needed .

Ho trascorso solo due giorni in questo incantevole appartamento, ma sono stati sufficienti per innamorarmi del posto. Il vero gioiello è la terrazza panoramica da cui godere del paesaggio mozzafiato dei dintorni e dell'aria fresca della montagna . Colazione la mattina per osservare il risveglio del borgo e aperitivo la sera per godere del tramonto e rilassarsi bicchiere di vino locale. L'appartamento è confortevole e ben attrezzato, ideale per un breve soggiorno. La sua posizione nel cuore del centro storico mi ha permesso di esplorare facilmente il borgo a piedi, scoprendo angoli pittoreschi e godendo dell'atmosfera autentica di questo luogo. Nonostante la breve permanenza, quest'esperienza mi ha lasciato con la voglia di tornare presto e scoprire di più di Aieta e dei suoi dintorni. Se cercate un posto tranquillo per staccare dalla routine, questo è il luogo perfetto!"

Die Unterkunft ist super und wie beschrieben. Die Aussicht ist spektakulär und man hat im Haus alles was man braucht und für uns als kleine Familie war es perfekt. Man muss aber bedenken, dass es ein altes Haus ist und nicht alles super modern wie in einem Hotel. Für uns war das kein Problem und wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Bei Nachrichten an den Gastgeber wurde uns immer innerhalb kürzester Zeit geantwortet und es wurde bei einem kleineres Problem das aufgetreten ist sofort eine Lösung gefunden. Wir möchten uns bei Luca für seine Gastfreundschaft unf Unterstützung bedanken und falls es sich eines Tages ergibt, dass wir noch einmal in Süditalien einen Stopp einlegen oder Urlaub machen, dann werden wir diese Unterkunft erneut wählen!

Gli appartamenti di Maria Teresa sono graziose casette con una bella veranda spaziosa, immerse in uno splendido giardino. Gli alloggi sono semplici e funzionali, ben arredati e completi di tutto l'occorrente per un soggiorno piacevole. Maria Teresa è un host estremamente gentile, molto socievole, simpatica, ma soprattutto premurosa. Ci ha inviato messaggi utili verso la fine del tragitto per informarci bene sulla strada da percorrere ed è stata sempre molto attenta ed accogliente. Soggiorno molto positivo!

Bellissimo posto isolato e lontano dalle distrazioni di tutti i giorni. Ideale per riposarsi e ricaricarsi. Host perfetti, case in pietra restaurate molto bene con tutte le comodità per una vera vacanza rilassante.

Io e la mia famiglia siamo stati una settimana in vacanza in questa località nuova per noi. Casa con vista stupenda, un tramonto splendido ;) la consiglio per rilassarsi; inoltre se si ama esplorare i dintorni e le calette più nascoste e rocciose è un ottimo punto di partenza ! Michele è stato super di aiuto per indicazioni varie. Non prende benissimo Internet quindi è perfetto se si vuole staccare un po’ da telefono e pc e fare una settimana di relax completo. La zona è tranquilla, residenziale, panoramica, perfetta per coppie e famiglia.

Siamo stati in questa casa una settimana,accoglienza impeccabile,stanza pulita e ci hanno fatto trovare già diverse cose come prodotti locali acqua succhi ecc.. Nella casa non manca nulla e quello che c’è funziona alla perfezione. Le cose che più sono state apprezzate sono il parcheggio nello spazio del condominio e l estrema vicinanza a tutto quello che serve (mare,uscite serali,negozi oltre che facendo un tratto molto breve in auto ci si ritrova subito sulla SS Tirrena). Antonio host impeccabile che è stato reattivo in tempi record nel risolvere un problema (causato da me). Null’altro da dire,consiglio vivamente.

Our tour of Southern Italy included a two-day stop in Maratea. Already on the first evening, it was concluded that two days are not enough to get to know and experience this region. About the home: In our Airbnb experience, this is the first home where we felt at home and especially welcome when we entered and met the host Luisa!!! The house corresponds to the offer and needs, has everything necessary for relaxation and even more, added value - a garden whose fruits we were treated to, a terrace from which we enjoyed wonderful views of the mountains and the statue of Jesus Christ. Landlady Luisa - responsive, warm, helpful! She was always available and gave recommendations for getting to know the area. Sincere thanks to Luisa and her dad for organizing the excursion to Monte San Biagio and for the overnight trip to the beach! Special thanks for the delicious pizza and chestnuts baked by Luisa!

Wir waren zu zweit mit Baby unterwegs und haben uns außerordentlich wohl gefühlt. Maria war super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Dorf ist wirklich wunderbar gelegen und im Frühling Sommer sicherlich perfekt für zahlreiche Tageswanderungen oder mit dem Auto ans Meer. Bar, Marcellaria, Pizzeria, Alimentari alles vorhanden. Bei Sonnenschein hat man ein wunderbaren Blick bis an die Küste und ganz manchmal wohl bis Lipari. Die Gemeinde Tortorella ist allgemein super gastfreundlich und wenn man will kann man sich sogar hausgemachtes Essen in die Unterkunft bringen lassen. Wir hatten trotz Winter wirklich schöne und gemütliche Tage. Maria war jederzeit ansprechbar bezüglich Fragen Tips etc. Man merkt, dass ihr der Ort selbst am Herzen liegt.

Bell'appartamento (proprio come descritto), completamente attrezzato e a pochi passi da spiagge bellissime (massimo 5 minuti a piedi)! I proprietari sono stati super gentili e disponibili, offrendo sempre l'aiuto di cui avevo bisogno. 😊

Appartement très bien décoré, bien equipé et très agréable. Nous avons pris les petits déjeuners sur la terrasse avec vue splendide sur le port de Maratea. Plusieurs plages dans les environs, dont une jolie crique accesible à pied en 10 minutes. Le port est animé, avec divers cafés et restaurants. Seul petit bemol, les places de parking parfois difficiles à trouver le week end. Dans l’ensemble, nous avons adoré notre séjour et recommandons l’appartement sans hésitation.

Het appartement van Karolina was helemaal nieuw en smaakvol ingericht. Het was van alle gemakken voorzien. De locatie van het appartement was ook goed: vlakbij het oude stadje en met uitzicht op zee. De communicatie met Karoline verliep prettig. Dank voor het verblijf in je fijne appartement, Karolina!

L’host Simone è un perfetto host. La casa che mette a disposizione e’ dotata di tutto quello che serve per cucinare, lenzuola complete di tutto, asciugamani a disposizione e tutti gli strumenti necessari per pulire e tenerla in ordine. L’appartamento è piccolo ma confortevole con un bel terrazzo da cui è possibile godere di un panorama che spazia dal mare alle montagne. Simone e il marito sono molto simpatici e attenti alle esigenze dei clienti.

Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato Elena, la mamma di Vincenzo, che è stata molto gentile ad aspettare il nostro arrivo più tardi dell’orario di check-in previsto. La casa è dotata di tutti i servizi descritti tanto da farti sentire come se fossi a casa tua. Pulizia ed ordine la fanno da padrone. La posizione dell’alloggio è strategica tra i vari punti di interesse della località e a cinque minuti dalle spiagge più vicine. Che dire, cinque stelle meritate!

Arrivato lì ti senti subito a casa .Un progetto che va oltre il semplice affitta appartamenti.Posizione comoda a 10 minuti di auto dal mare e dal centro città ,posto tranquillo ,comodo posto auto .Francesco persona squisita con cui puoi chiacchierare tranquillamente,pronto a risolvere ogni problematica Unica pecca casa un po’ vecchiotta con qualche attenzione alla pulizia . Ma da ritornarci tantissime volte .

Wir haben uns bei Rosalba sehr wohl gefühlt. Problemlos, flexibel, schnell. Es war sehr ruhig, das lag sicher auch daran, dass die benachbarten Wohnungen weitestgehend unbewohnt waren.

Magnificent views, peaceful surroundings, all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay, fabulous pool and deck area, great parking, strong wifi signal. Greeted by Vicky personally (always a nice touch), great communication, and very welcoming! We highly recommend...

Overall, we really enjoyed the apartment! Great location, very clean, and comfortable. Free parking in front of the house. The apartment is freshly renovated. The host was friendly and attentive. Super easy self check in and check out with flexible times. The only issue we encountered was the noise from the neighbor across the hall. She frequently opened and closed her door, and because the walls are quite thin, it was very loud. In fact, the windows in our room would rattle every time she slammed the door. We had to ask her a few times to be quieter, especially late at night. Future guests should be aware that they might need to remind the neighbor to keep it down. Multiple times.
