In summer, the swimming lawn at Lake Zeuthen and the outdoor pool at Lake Miersdorf invite you to swim. Restaurants and shopping facilities are located in the town centers of Schulzendorf, Eichwalde and Zeuthen.

Relax in this special and quiet accommodation, picturesque village Ihlow, in the Märkische Schweiz (5km walk through the forest to Buckow), 55km east of Berlin. You can swim in the Reichenower Lake (3km) or in the Grosser Thornowsee. If you don't have a car, you can get there by bus or bicycle (18km) from Straussberg Nord station. The house offers plenty of space for two families and you have it all to yourselves. It is located directly on a canal that connects two lakes and has two terraces, one of which is directly on the water. Barrel sauna and hot tub are available for exclusive use in the garden. We still use the house often ourselves, which is why it has a fully equipped kitchen. Look forward to two bathrooms, two master bedrooms, two youth bedrooms, a living room with dining area and a lounge for movie evenings.

By car you can reach it in around 1h and 10 min or take the train to Beeskow and continue 10km by bicycle.

The location is fantastic overall, because it is a very forested and water-rich environment with many cycling and hiking trails. Please do not forget that the cottage is secluded, the location is especially suitable for recovering from everyday life and work. Berlin can be reached in about 1 hour by car, by public transport in approx. 1 1/2 hours. Shopping: about 12 minutes

Former artists' house near Berlin: Our house with a large garden was built in the early 1930s (URL HIDDEN) and is almost in its original condition and radiates a bright and warm atmosphere through the use of ecological building materials and colors. The Spreewald Biosphere Reserve, the Schlaubetal and Berlin are about 1 hour away.
