Holiday rentals with lake access in Scharmützelsee

The house is really comfy and the views are extremely relaxing. We had no issues to park outside.

We were in the holiday home by the lake for a good week in May 2025 and enjoyed this time of rest very much. The cottage is located directly on the Rahmersee and the view from the conservatory to the lake is simply fantastic at any time of the day or year. If you are looking for peace and quiet, far away from the hustle and bustle, you are in wonderful hands here. The holiday home with the beautiful natural garden was also a great pleasure for our dog. We didn't miss anything in our getaway with the children. We had plenty of space, were also able to stay out of the way and relax and enjoy the time. The beautiful green garden invites you to linger. The equipment of the house is more than complete. From the house we had many opportunities to do something. The neighborhood was very quiet. Claudia was quick to help us with any questions! We rented the place for a few days over New Year's Eve. It had everything you need for a few quiet days. In winter, the apartment is heated by a fireplace. That works well and was completely sufficient even on cold nights. Niels was a friendly and dear host and responded quickly to questions. Glad to come back! Our recommendation: The Ludwig Leichhardt circular trail.

Wonderfully cozy stay for a couple and a long weekend in the beautiful surroundings just fantastic. Always happy to come back.

We booked the house with a fairy group of six people for a week. The location with its own lake access is an absolute highlight. The house is large and spacious and especially if you travel for more than a few days as a group, you can also retreat well. The amenities leave nothing to be desired. One thing we found unfortunate was that in the large living area only three cozy armchairs came to six people, so half of us always had to sit on the dining room chairs. But this is a small downside if it deserves the name at all - we felt very comfortable and have rarely been in such a great cottage!

Thank you Uwe and Ines for this lovely stay. We had a great time, the house is very easy to find and it is very quiet. The nature around is very nice for long walks, even when it is raining, because the fresh air of the forest is very clear and nice. Uwe and Ines were very responsive and helpful whenever we needed something. Nearby restaurants are great but can be closed for private events, so it is advisable to bring your own food and cook for yourself as the kitchen has everything you need to do this.

The cottage was very nice, well maintained and clean. We felt very comfortable. Communication with Aurelie was very good and friendly.

Very nice reception, individual advice, quick response to requests, helpful tips for visiting sights and surroundings, personal support by lending a bicycle. One family member only missed the first program on television... but only one.

It was a wonderful and special stay on the estate. We had the apartment under the roof with a view of the estate park, the G. Seitz Museum and the beautiful church tower. Unfortunately, the farm shop was already closed when we arrived on Saturday shortly after 12 noon. So we drove by bike and train shortly to Müncheberg, where we could buy everything for our stay at a Netto. At this point, we would like to commend the service of the rail replacement transport. We were asked if we wanted to get on the bus with our bikes. This is generally possible, but wheelchairs and strollers have priority. Tip: If you are coming from Berlin and fancy a wildly romantic bike tour, get off in Werbig and let the Komoot app navigate you to Trebnitz (about 20 km). Wonderful! On the way back, there is a great tour, which partly leads over the European Cycling Route. It is about 40 km long and leads to Strausberg, where you can get on the S-Bahn.

We had a very nice stay at Stefan's place. The tiny house is just like in the pictures, very cozy and has everything you need. The garden with barbecue, sun loungers etc. is really nice and quiet. We especially enjoyed the sauna area. Communication with Stefan was always friendly and uncomplicated, he even provided us with rolls in the morning:-) By car you can make beautiful excursions e.g. to Märkische Schweiz.

We had a very great time at the place. The surroundings are beautiful and the apartment is lovingly furnished. There is everything you need for a stay. We were there with the bikes and is a good environment for bike rides. In addition, the bikes were convenient for shopping and for driving to restaurants in the area, because the timing of public transport is logically lower than in the city. We would definitely go again.

You and your place are great! =) We felt immediately comfortable, the communication with you was great and your four-legged friends and their confidence were a highlight for us! We had four very nice days in Bad Saarow. The accommodation is superbly located, was clean and well furnished. Check-in worked well. Glad to come back.

We had a lot of fun in Thekla's studio apartment! It was very central, but still in a quiet and peaceful area. Very idyllic with the park right outside and a short walk to the canal nearby. Recommended!

Silke was waiting for us at home on the day of check-in. The house was very classic, elegantly decorated, with a spacious living room, sufficient room facilities, complete kitchen appliances, two bathrooms, and a terrace with a lake view. The attic room was very large, suitable for a group of friends. Dirk allowed me to park inside and I also asked him some information to Berlin， getting instant response for all questions.

We felt very comfortable and at home in the cottage. Heavenly location on the Spree, you are all by yourself. The entire super furnished house could be used incl. Leisure equipment and deck chairs. Everything was simply perfect! From the lovely Anette who was always responsive and helpful, through the clean and tidy house and the incredibly-equipped kitchen, to the beautiful and well-maintained (and entirely-fenced) garden, where our dog could roam freely. We had a wonderful time and would definitely return if we’re ever back in the area.

We had a very relaxed time. The house is an oasis of tranquility. Great lakeside location. Plenty of space for the kids to play soccer. Everything is very clean, very thoughtful and high-quality furnished. In short: we would like to come back :-)

We spent a nice week together as friends with our children. The two/three huts were good for spending time together as well as for retreating separately. The covered terrace is great and we spent most of the time there with food, etc. The communication with the host was straightforward and we also liked the boat trip very much with the children, a nice end to our trip.

Sabine's place was comfortable, clean, and relaxing, and located really close to the lake where we spent most of our time. It's some distance away from the nearest village, but if you have a bike or a car with you this won't be any trouble. This is the perfect spot for a little getaway retreat. Sabine was a lovely host and we would definitely recommend our friends and others to stay at her cottage.
