Perfect stay – absolutely recommended! Eva is a fantastic host – warm, attentive and always reachable if you need anything. The house is beautifully restored and offers everything you need for a relaxing stay. We particularly liked the combination of modern comfort and charming ambiance. The location is also ideal: the proximity to Rosenheim and the mountains makes the house the perfect starting point for excursions into nature or into the city. The service during our stay was top notch – we felt completely comfortable. Thank you Eva – we will be happy to come back!

Very comfortable and well equipped, spacious apartment outside the city noises, with its own private entrance. Would recommend to those traveling by car who appreciate peace and privacy.

We received all the essential information before arrival and were able to check in flexibly without any problems. The place was spotlessly clean and we were nicely welcomed with drink and snack on the kitchen table. It is very spacious and also well suited for a larger family. The train line in the immediate vicinity was not disturbing even on the terrace and could not be heard in the bedroom. We will be happy to come back at any visit to Großkaro if available.
