In summer our apartment is the perfect starting point for wonderful hiking and cycling tours, in winter for ski tours. A few steps from the house is the bus stop for the free public bus. The center and the valley stations of the cable cars are about 3.5 km away-it can be easily reached by public bus or car.

Enjoy your holiday as a couple, in summer as well as in winter. **Prices are for two (three) people** **suitable for 2 persons (an emergency bed can be set on request)** The seperate entrance to the house gives them the feeling of being alone. The apartment is about 50 m ², so there is enough space to feel comfortable.

We had a fantastic stay at Karin's place and a perfect ski vacation. The apartment is very high quality, new and modernly furnished, so we felt super comfortable right away. There is also a lot to do for non-ski lovers, so a visit is definitely worthwhile in winter and summer. From the balcony you have a great view as the icing on the cake and can end the day there comfortably. We will be happy to come back!

Elisabeth was very flexible with the reception, very friendly and helpful. We felt very much at home. The apartment is in a nice location with the Großarl ski resort 5 minutes by car. A beautiful completely modern furnished apartment, everything you need is present. Nice restaurants nearby and walking distance. Bus stops are a few minutes walk away. Also convenient for going to the ski resort. The buses are free! For the summer, this is also a nice hiking area. We'd love to come back!

We were already in the apartment for the second time and we enjoyed it very much again. The apartment is right in the village, so you have every opportunity to do something. The ski bus also stops very close. The apartment is very clean and cozy and well equipped.
