Everything is crooked & lopsided and low! Back-to-basic, cozy chatter instead of beeps but with infrared sauna. Lovely to relax before you roll into the nice double bed. To wake up in the morning with (or by) the smell of freshly baked rolls (bakery around the corner). Here you forget the hectic and stress of everyday life!

Spacious apartment in a fantastic location in Simmerath-Dedenborn, located directly on the Rur. Our house is the ideal starting point for hikes on the Eifelsteig, around the Rursee and in the national park. From the private balcony you have a magnificent view of the Rur. Distance to the supermarket: 8 km From January 1, 2025, you will have to pay us an overnight accommodation fee (5% of the booking price) in cash. This amount must be passed on 1:1 to the municipalities!

Enjoy a delicious drink on the terrace with a beautiful view over the Moselle Valley. There are numerous beautiful hiking and biking routes, and the Erdener Treppchen is highly recommended for experienced hikers. Also, visit the many wineries and taste the local cuisine.

Feel good in Eifel

This cozy, quiet apartment has two rooms plus kitchen and bathroom. It is ideal for recreation for 2 -3 people. Laminate flooring is laid in the living room and hallway, the other rooms are equipped with PVC floors. Since this apartment should remain suitable for allergy sufferers, bringing pets and small animals, as well as smoking inside the apartment, is not allowed. Note: The apartment is located on the second floor and can only be reached by stairs.

Enjoy your little break in a lovingly furnished apartment in Gemünd! Located directly at the national park gate, beautiful hikes (e.g. Eifelsteig, Wildnistrail) or enjoyable bike tours can be enjoyed from here. In summer, the nearby outdoor swimming pool offers the necessary refreshment. For everyday needs, there are various shopping facilities, all within walking distance. The INKA vacation apartment is located on the upper floor of a detached house. We live in the house ourselves and love to host. You enter the house through a common main entrance. From there, the open, bright staircase leads directly up to your vacation rental. Don't worry about your privacy: The entire floor is reserved for you! The staircase serves only as an access point; you can enjoy the spacious floor upstairs all to yourself. Free parking.

The bedroom has a cozy box-spring double bed overlooking the Rahmenberg with Haller. A spacious wardrobe and a historic desk complete the decor. The adjoining spacious daylight bathroom impresses with a spacious shower and toilet.

The apartment has an area of about 120 sqm and is furnished to a high standard. Last renovation in 2018. The apartment can accommodate 2-4 guests. On request, a crib and a highchair can be provided. The terrace at the back belongs to the apartment. There is a covered seating area as well as a ping-pong table. A charcoal grill is available. Children can also play in the garden.
