And you are in 45 minutes in Koblenz or in 30min in the Moselle Valley

Charming gîte for peace and nature lovers!

For those looking for peace and nature, this is the right place. You are in the middle of nature with hectares of forest in the backyard. What used to be a stable is now a charming gîte. A typical house in the Ardennes with a lot of intimacy, minutes from the Formula 1 circuit. As a fanatical trailer, I know the forest in the backyard like the back of my hand. I can recommend any walking and hiking enthusiast to "get lost" there once. It is of course also suitable for mountain bikers.

Historic vicarage near Nürburgring

The half-timbered house is located in the courtyard of the old rectory of Kirmutscheid/Wirft only 5 minutes from the Nürburgring. The main house was built in 1709 by Baron Gallen zu Assen for the priest and is directly adjacent to the church which was built by Count Ulrich of Nürburg in 1214. The house with approx. 50 sqm of living space has been restored with great attention to detail and renovated only with natural building materials in order not to lose the pleasant indoor climate.

The large dining table can accommodate up to 6 people and the couch is ideal for relaxing and listening to music or watching TV. In summer, the spacious terrace presents itself as a small oasis and invites you to relax. Upstairs are the cozy bedrooms as well as two modern and large bathrooms.
