It is only 15 km to the well-known winter sports center Oberhof am Rennsteig, year-round cross-country skiing in Skisport Halle Oberhof, tobogganing, bike park, golf climbing park, wellness in the H2O Therme, sea aquarium in Zella-Mehlis.

Die großzügig ausgestattete Küche bietet die Möglichkeit sich komplett selbst zu verpflegen. Das komfortable Schlafzimmer Ist mit einem 1,80 m breiten Doppelbett ausgestattet. Falls nötig ist ein weiterer Schlafplatz schnell auf dem Schrankbett gerichtet. Als besonderes Highlight befindet sich eine Sauna in dem Ferienhaus.
