Die im Jahr 2023 renovierte Ferienwohnung war früher ein altes Backhaus und befindet sich auf einem Gehöft aus dem 16. Jahrhundert im Kernort von Efringen-Kirchen. Diesem wurde nach jahrzehntelanger Verwahrlosung in den letzten Jahren in liebevoller Detailarbeit Stück für Stück wieder ein neuer Glanz verliehen. Wir möchten Urlaubern, Geschäftsreisenden und Durchreisenden, die einen letzten Halt vor oder nach der Schweizer Grenze suchen, einen unkomplizierten und angenehmen Aufenthalt bieten.

Nachdem wir unsere Ferienwohnung Anna selbst bewohnen. Entstand die Idee eines Tiny Houses im Garten. Nach eigener Planung mit eigenem Holz aus dem Schwarzwald freuen wir uns, dass unser Tiny House nach einer zweijährigen Bauzeit nun fertig ist. Klein, fein einfach und gemütlich in ruhiger Lage finden Sie das Tiny House mit 2 Betten, kleiner Kochinsel, bei uns im Garten, idyllisch gelegen, richtig zum verlieben......im Nebengebäude Toilette und Dusche zum relaxen !

Schöne komplett eingerichtete Dachgeschosswohnung (80m2) mit Balkon und grosser Dachterasse mit Ausblick auf die Wälder. In der Küche ist die Grundausstattung wie Gewürze (Essig, Öl, Salz, Pfeffer..), Geschirrtücher, Spülmittel und verschiedene Putzmittel vorhanden. Eine Senseo Kaffeemaschine und ein Sodastream (zur Herstellung von Sprudelwasser) stehen zur Verfügung. Auf dem ausgebauten Dachboden befindet sich eine Hängematte und ein Chaiselongue zum entspannen.
