Both bedrooms have spacious wardrobes. The huge window and west-facing rooftop terrace provide views over the roofs of the lively historic district, and delightful sunsets invite you to dream. The apartment is modern yet cozy, with many self-designed and crafted furniture pieces, complemented by a beautiful larch wood floor that harmonizes with the over a hundred-year-old roof beams. Both the bathroom with underfloor heating, a luxurious corner bathtub, and a separate shower, as well as the guest toilet with WC and urinal, are tiled with natural stone. The loft is centrally located, with most shops and many restaurants within walking distance. Lakefront apartment

Our bright and friendly apartment has a direct view of Lake Tegernsee and is in the immediate vicinity of the Monte Mare Seesauna. The pier of the cruise is opposite as well as a public parking lot, which, however, only allows half an hour of free parking and then is very expensive at €8 per hour. An alternative to this is the central parking lot Tegernsee.
