Herzlich Willkommen zum Probewohnen in unserem Tiny Loft. Seid herzlich eingeladen Nächte im ökologischen Minimalismus zu verbringen. Das Tiny Haus liegt idyllisch auf dem Rittergut Wildberg. Schöne Wanderwege in den verschlungenen linkselbischen Tälern gilt es genauso zu entdecken wie die Weinstadt Radebeul mit dem Spitzhaus und dem historischen Dorfanger Alt-Kötzschenbroda (Kneipen). Die Reinigungsgebühr von 30€ ist in bar zu hinterlegen. Buchungen ab dem 28.01.26 enthalten diese Kosten.

The cozy one-room apartment is located on the raised ground floor of a beautifully renovated, listed old building, with a magnificent Elbe view in a quiet location not far from the center. The Elbradweg leads right past the house and the stop of tram line 9, which can be reached in 10 minutes old town, Semperoper etc., is right behind the house. Die Ferienwohnung LOFT 2d ist ruhig gelegen in einem Hinterhof und bietet Platz für zwei Personen. Auf zwei Etagen und einer großzügigen Dachterrasse mit Loungemöbeln lassen sich erholsame Stunden allein oder zu zweit verbringen. Möchten Sie entspannen, bietet die Ferienwohnung alles, was Sie für einen erholsamen Aufenthalt benötigen. Im Sommer bietet die Dachterrasse zum Sonnenbaden ein. Im Winter punktet die Ferienwohnung durch einen Panorama-Kamin.

Our cozy apartment is located in a quiet location on the outskirts of Dresden. Perfect for guests who appreciate the proximity to the city as well as the idyllic nature. A bus from here will take you directly to downtown. From here you can easily reach highlights such as Dresden's old town, Moritzburg Castle, the Moritzburg ponds and the Lößnitzgrund with the narrow-gauge railway. The right place for couples, solo travelers or professionals.

The apartment has one bedroom, a kitchen-living room and a bathroom. The bedroom overlooking the garden is very bright and friendly through two windows. There is a wardrobe, a chest of drawers and a 140 bed. The bathroom with window has a bathtub, 80 liters of hot water and a shower curtain. The kitchen has a dishwasher and a ceramic stovetop with oven. It is equipped with pots and dishes. A dining table, couch and pantry are also available.

Our lovingly furnished 30 sqm apartment for 2-3 people in the resort town of Weinböhla near Dresden has a separate entrance, living-bedroom with double bed, also separately adjustable, shower and fully equipped kitchen. Linens, towels and final cleaning are included in the price. Car parking space on the premises. The nearby sights such as Moritzburg, Meissen and Dresden can be easily reached by bus and train or via bike paths.

The apartment (35 m² bedroom, combined kitchen/living room, bathroom - each room separate) is located in the quiet district of Dresden Dölzschen, in a 2-family house plus the apartment. It is ideally suited to relax in a quiet environment after a busy day in the city. Free parking is available right outside the front door. Pets are not allowed. No extra guests and no visitors allowed. The rear garden cannot be used.

The apartment is located on the edge of the Radebeul vineyards between Dresden and Moritzburg in the district of Boxdorf. Arrival via the Dresden Wilder Mann highway exit in 5 minutes. From Dresden Airport you can reach us by bus line 80 (towards Omsewitz) in 20 minutes. Excursions to the city center of Dresden are also easily accessible by public transport.

Welcome to the Koboldhütte

The Koboldhütte is a modern renovated apartment in a house from 1750. The ceiling height is, as was customary at the time, about 2 meters! If you have any questions, queries or requests, please do not hesitate to contact us personally. We live on the same property. Our front door is under the rear balcony.
