The 64m² holiday flat with a lake view is located in the vicinity of the leisure center. The ski lifts and a toboggan run are within 80m. A swimming lake, beach volleyball and basketball court and outdoor fitness equipment are located directly in front of the house. A few steps away: a Kneipp pool with a barefoot path, an indoor pool with a sauna (closed April-August), an ice rink with a skating rink, a bocce court, a mini golf course (May-October), a tennis court, and a children's playground.

Inside the heart of black forest mountains, Unterkirnach is a small but wealthy,clean,peaceful and “postcard-view” town. This house is located in the outskirt of the Unterkirnach town center and walking distance to step into the mountains and forests. Outside the house is pure nature and inside the house is modern decoration. PS: Owner lives in another town close by, the entire home will be handed to you while you check in. You can call the owner if some emergency help/support is needed.

My place is close to forest, meadows, pond, ice rink, ski lift, indoor pool with sauna. You'll love my place because of the coziness, wooden floors, Feng Shui bed 160 × 200, bathtub, shower. Smoke, geopathy, electromagnetic pollution and perfume-free! My place is good for nature-loving couples, hikers, cyclists, skiers, non-smokers, vegetarians, "healthy" and convalescent people, but not for smokers, animals, and the searing of meat is also not desired.

The house has 185 square meters of living space. On the ground floor there is the open kitchen, the adjoining living and dining room, a bedroom with a single bed (90 x 200) and a bathroom with shower. Upstairs there is another bathroom with shower and bathtub and three more bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has a single bed (90 x 200), one has a smaller double bed (140 x 200) and one has a double bed (200 x 200).

I also like to welcome my guests to my restaurant “Kurhaus” in Schluchsee, Fischbacherstr.7 (Greek cuisine) with a glass of welcome aperitif and a discount of 10% on the total bill from the restaurant. No pets allowed. Tourist tax is charged extra on site and must be paid in CASH. Per day 1 adult €3.50 and 1 child from 7-12 years €1.60.
