The guests have the entire middle floor at their complete disposal. The lower floor is temporarily occupied by the owner as long as no guests are present. In addition, the entire property (approx. 1 hectare) is available. This is completely fenced. There is also a swimming pond, which invites you to swim in the summer. The wood-heated bathtub and barrel sauna are also exclusively available for the guests. The apartment and the entire property are entirely yours. If you have any questions, I am reachable by phone. It may happen that necessary work is carried out in the garden (e.g. snow removal). The small town of Schönwald with 2400 inhabitants is in the heart of the Black Forest. It is one of the most idyllic corners of this natural paradise and is known for its pleasant climate. The Feissenhof is located just under two kilometers outside Schönwald. In Schönwald you will find all the facilities for your daily needs and the tourist information. In the northern neighboring village of Triberg are Germany's highest waterfalls as well as a train station with connection to the Black Forest Railway. In our traditional granary, the supplies of the Griesbach farm were once stored. After a thorough renovation, you can now stay in a modern cottage that lacks no comfort. The attic loft apartment (built in 2018) is located in a farmhouse with horses and is ideal for guests (individual or a couple) looking for peace and relaxation who only want to cater for themselves to a limited extent (breakfast). The cooking facilities on the brand new wood-burning stove are limited due to the sloping roof. There is a small electric hotplate. Dishes, coffee maker (Nespresso capsules) and kettle are provided.
