There is a very good infrastructure with all the shops for everyday needs as well as the Saar Park Center. There is a good transport connection to the A6 and A8. Das geräumige Wohnhaus in Losheim am See lädt zum Entspannen ein. Es wurde im Jahr 2016 komplett renoviert. Dabei wurden bestehende Elemente sorgfältig um neue Einrichtungsgegenstände ergänzt. Das Haus verfügt über drei Schlafzimmer mit jeweils einem Doppelbett, einem Bad im Obergeschoß und einem barrierefreien Bad im Erdgeschoß. Die Küche ist ebenfalls barrierefrei erreichbar.
