The ground floor has a toilet, fully equipped kitchen (with microwave, ceramic stove, dishwasher and oven), two double bedrooms and a bathroom with bathtub, and the basement features a living area with sofa bed, double bedroom and bathroom with steam shower. The apartment also has Wi-Fi, excellent soundproofing, a fireplace and a large outdoor terrace. Free parking is available. Apartment Haus Salzburg is situated a short stroll from Glanegg Castle and many popular hiking areas. It is a 5-minute drive from Hellbrunn Zoo and is right by the A10 and A1 motorways to Salzburg and Salzburg Airport. Lovely apartment between Salzburg and the mountains.

Hallstatt Lakeview House

Our house is in the heart of Hallstatt. The famous lake-street is in 1 minute walking distance, yet it is a very silent place to live in. The kitchen is fully equipped. The balcony is a real treat for summer nights viewing the silent lake. There is one master bedroom and and additional bedroom with 2 single beds (bunk bed). There is no need for a vehicle in town since everything is in walking or hiking distance (marketplace, shopping, ossuary of the chatholic church). A TV is available.

The old mill in beautiful nature overlooking the mountains has been lovingly renovated and with its 120 m² of living space comfortably accommodates 6 people. The house is quiet and alone and has a fully sunny, secluded terrace and a wild romantic garden by the stream. On the first floor there is a well-equipped country house kitchen, living room with fireplace, large dining table, cozy large sofa and TV corner. A total of 5 bedrooms and bathrooms, as well as a sauna and shower.

At home during the holidays. You can feel this in the "Eggergütl," which belongs to the mountaineering village of Ramsau. It is located at 1,000 m on a southern slope - with magnificent views of the impressive mountains of the Berchtesgaden region. You have the whole house (100 square meters) and the garden to yourself. So you can make yourself really comfortable in the deck chair on the balcony and 2 terraces. A special feature is the bedroom with large panoramic window.

The home is situated in the heart of the village a short walk from the ski shop, nursery ski slope and all the restaurants. The main ski slope is only a five minute walk from the front door. There is a large open plan living space kitchen dinner living room. The home was designed by combining two apartments into one creating a 220 sq m of lateral space. Perfect for two to three families to she a wonderful summer or winter experience in the mountains.

Since our house is located on a hill at 2.5 km mountain road snow chains are recommended in winter.
