The lake with good swimming facilities and the S-Bahn to Munich are within walking distance, the nearest supermarket is about 1.5 kilometers away. The house includes a living room, a bedroom with a double bed, another bedroom with a single bed (access to this via the main bedroom), as well as the kitchen and a modern bathroom.

Munich is 35 minutes away via the nearby highway. In addition, a well-developed bicycle network around Lake Ammersee to Pfaffenwinkel and the other lakes of the Five Lakes region awaits you. In Windach, 1 km away, you can buy wonderful regional organic products.

We rent our spacious non-smoking guest room in the newly converted attic of our house, with anteroom, shower/toilet, cable TV, kitchenette (kettle), coffee maker, microwave and small fridge. We provide dishes, but there is no possibility to cook. Suitable for up to 4 adults. A crib is available on request. Shopping, Titania swimming pool and public transportation nearby.
