The living room offers another guest bed. A baby bed can be provided. Through the house entrance and hallway you enter a generously designed living room with fireplace, dining area. The adjoining open kitchen has an oversized ceramic hob and high-quality kitchen equipment with all the equipment. Cooking can become a shared experience… On the same floor are the parent area with bedroom, bathroom with whirlpool tub and extra shower, as well as the guest bathroom and youth room. All rooms have direct access to the surrounding 50 sqm terrace. In the house on the ground floor with exit to the garden there is a children's room with bunk bed, a games room and a children's bathroom with rain shower.
