The apartment is great. We felt right at home. In the kitchen, it was really fun to cook and afterwards we could choose where we wanted to relax. Everything was exactly as described Sometimes, such beautifully photographed accommodations are a disappointment, because they are only superficially chic or extremely worn out - but that is definitely not the case here. It was very nice!

We had a great stay here. it was very comfortable and peaceful. The apartment was very clean and the beds provided a great sleep. We appreciated the washer and dryer too. The location is perfectly situated on the Danube, which makes it a beautiful view, and it is fun to watch the river traffic. Would gladly stay here again. There are restaurants within walking distance.

The accommodation was great - with parking and a bus stop right next to the house. The apartment was clean and fully equipped, everything corresponded to the photos. Communication with the host was smooth, he always responded quickly. We'd love to come back again.

The apartment is located on the edge of the holiday resort and therefore the view towards Hauzenberg and the surrounding area is unspoiled and beautiful. It is extremely quiet. The holiday resort is very well maintained thanks to dedicated caretakers. The outdoor pool is a bit chilly. The indoor pool is a little warmer. In combination with the sauna, where you have to register for use (if others have not already done so), it is very pleasant. The apartment is quite well equipped. The mattress of the double bed is a little soft (matter of taste).

The apartment is very nice! We felt very comfortable in the apartment and it looks exactly like the pictures. High praise for this! The location is a bit difficult, the place is as extinct! A hotel with its restaurant keeps the place alive. There is no cafe, no ice cream parlor... that was very unfortunate. We always had to go to other places for this.

A great place to feel good even for a longer time. Super nice and practically furnished! The location is perfect in Deggendorf. You are immediately at the market square and the cinema is right next door! Just a 10-minute walk to TH Deggendorf! Communication with Eva and Helmut was great!

Nice, relatively new place. The bathroom is very nice and sufficiently large. The apartment is really very small, but the balcony gives you no cramping feeling. The view over the Eidlauf pond is very nice. It's just minutes to the city. A filter coffee machine is available. I would prefer a capsule machine The pull-out sofa bed is fine. At my request, a swivel chair was brought to me. Thanks again for that! In Rohrbach and surroundings there are many nice people. Recommended: Burns, B34 and city cafe. Pizza at Jimmy. Tierpark in Altenfelden.

Spacious, very tastefully furnished apartment in the former forester's lodge with garden and lots of peace and quiet. Ideal for golfers, as it is located directly on the absolutely magnificent and uncrowded golf park. But it is also possible to start hiking at the door. Zwiesel is around the corner, and Bodenmais is just 30 minutes away. Clear recommendation!

Very nice, quiet location with terrace and property. Ideal for dog lovers, as it is on the ground floor. Breakfast at the terrace with sunrise- great. Everything you need, Wi-Fi, toaster, kettle even dishwasher and washing machine incl. Tabs. Roland responded promptly to inquiries. I would book again.

Great accommodation, the apartment is large, clean and well located. The train station is within walking distance and the city center too. There is no microwave but it is specified in the listing. Check-in and checkout are very good, the instructions are clear. The apartment was clean. The street is not very busy, it is very quiet. The price is correct for Linz.

Great, modern vibe with style. We felt very comfortable right away. The location is very good - a nice, short walk and you are in the middle of the action. There are plenty of crockery and cooking utensils available. The apartment is welcoming, the size more than sufficient. Top of all - I recommend 100%!

I have stayed in several airbnbs, but this is the one against which all others should be measured. The space is so well designed, so well equipped, so clean, it was a delight to stay there, and Irmi was so friendly. The location is peaceful and the gardens so neat,

Unfortunately, we weren't so lucky with the weather, but otherwise everything was fine. Very new and modern accommodation and an environment with many leisure activities.

Initially we planned to stay 2 nights in Hluboka, but decided to extend our stay for one additional night. Fortunately Leos agreed to provide your apartments for one more night. our stay in Hluboka was very pleasant, we have enjoyed Leos' place due to peaceful surroundings, complete privacy and clean and well equipped apartments. We had a nice, relaxing weekend in Deepthis accommodation 😊 The apartment was very clean and sweetly equipped. Deepthi responded really quickly and the communication was super pleasant. What you might want to know: contrary to the pretty accommodation, the house in which it is located cannot quite keep up. It didn't bother us, we would have been grateful for such a note in the reviews.

We had a great time in the apartment with the Adam family. Very cozy, lovingly furnished and well-equipped apartment. The sauna and whirlpool (€20 per use) are also a great addition. Alois was very friendly, courteous and we were even able to check in later than advertised. If you're looking for peace and relaxation, this is the place to be.

The property with wellness area is very nicely designed and practical. We were very well received. We will be happy to come back.

Our short trip in the apartment was a complete success. The apartment was very nice and especially perfect for our larger dog. If anything was missing, the landlord family quickly helped us. We are always happy to come on holiday to beautiful Austria!

We have been able to use Martin's cottage for a few days, in one word AMAZING. everything you can think of is present and clean. beautiful quiet clean environment large garden present .plus point is you have quite a lot of privacy in the garden .the photos correspond to what it advertises. we will definitely come back, we recommend it to everyone if you want to stay in Linz for a few days, book the apartment 😉
