Our light-flooded house is in the best location and at the best price in the harbor village of Zerpenschleuse, 45 minutes by car north of Berlin. You can reach your destination from Berlin central station in just under 90 minutes by public transport. Hiking/cycling in the Barnim Nature Park, in the Schorfheide Game Park or in the UNESCO-protected Schorfheide Biosphere Reserve. Golf, paddle, swim in the neighboring lakes, everything is possible. Two new bicycles are available for 5 euros/day and bicycle.

Our small, lovingly renovated 56sqm apartment is part of our old brick house (former bakery) located in a beautiful and nature rich corner of the Uckermark. It is an ideal starting point for small day trips - in the immediate vicinity there are several swimming lakes, bicycle and hiking trails, old villages and many other tourist offers. In our village of Flieth there is a small regional shop with organic products from local farmers and a nice pub with a beer garden.

The guest apartment belongs to the Hollerhof, whose atmosphere I shaped as an artist. The cottage is located in the forest, lined with a spruce and a fir tree. The decor is simple. There is a small area for cooking - gas stove, fridge and kitchen utensils are there. A small bathroom with shower is located right next to the entrance. In the living area there is a sofa that is used as a sleeping accommodation if necessary. The stairs lead to the sleeping loft.
