Apartment is located on the second floor, in a listed townhouse . The apartment is furnished in retro design with many listed windows, ceilings, doors, walls... Close to outdoor and indoor swimming pool, park (green belt that goes around the old town) and of course the old town with shopping, cafes, bars, museums (medicine and museum for concrete art). A public bus connection is close by. The A8 motorway connection (Munich-Stuttgart) is only 2.6 km away. There are many family-friendly activities on offer (zoo, Augsburger puppet box, etc.). My place is good for couples, solo travelers, adventurers, and business travelers.

Our vacation home is located in a quiet, idyllic area surrounded by forest and fields, only a few minutes away from Erding. It has a separate, private entrance and accommodates 2 guests. Destinations like the Therme Erding, the Munich Trade Fair and the Munich airport can be easily reached by car. Excellent public transport connection brings you to Munich's Marienplatz within 40 minutes. The S-Bahn train station can be reached by stairs.

Small apartment to feel good

Feel comfortable in our lovingly renovated apartment. We have put a lot of emphasis on ecological construction and you can feel that too. There is a private access and ample parking. Apart from our three children, it is very quiet. Our former courtyard is located outside the village of Sandizell at the edge of the Donaumooses. The adjacent extensive Auerochsen pasture, our bees, goats and chickens provide a farmer's feeling.
