Lovely airbnb in a nice quiet side street. Located close to a Lidl and a great beer garden with accompanying German restaurant. We loved the hot tub and amazing decoration and had a really pleasant stay!

We had a nice short stay at Dario's. The communication was great and we were personally received. Dario had a few good tips for us to go out to eat. The apartment is very clean and well equipped, we also got along very well without a kitchen. For us personally, it was a little too loud at night due to the nearby road, but if you leave the windows closed, it doesn't bother you. You are super connected, quickly on foot in the city center and also quickly to the subway.

Very nice and helpful family, whose great garden could be shared. Especially for small children, there were many great play opportunities both inside and outside.

Excellent! We enjoyed our stay in Sabrine's home. She has a beautiful home that had all we needed plus a sauna as a bonus! On the cold days we happily sat in there and warmed up! The location is great - right next to a tram line and the main station. Great cafes, bakeries and restaurants in walking distance. Regina is very pleasant and showed us how things worked in the home. Highly recommend!!

You can tell that this property has all the passion of Ullrich. It is available with recommendations and tips on activities in the region, which can be started directly at the cottage, and many more options for young & old with a few minutes drive. In summer weather, the garden invites you to relax. We were a little irritated by the many laminated rules, as it is a matter of course for us to deal with foreign property properly.

I have family in the Dollnstein area that we visited for 3 weeks in July 2024. We stayed at this property and fell in love with the village. The rental property itself is nice and spacious. There were 4 adults and 1 child who stayed at the property and there was plenty of room for us all. If we needed anything, Roland was very responsive and the property manager came right away. The kitchen is a highlight-it's huge with a full-size refrigerator. It is also convenient to have a washer on site for clothes. My only recommendations would be stronger wifi throughout the home (it's spotty in some areas) and clear directions on how to use appliances and tv (there was a learning curve with those at times). Overall, the village the place is located in is a true highlight. There is a quaint soccer park/playground area that my son and I visited daily. The villagers were kind and curious about us Americans but not in a rude way. We felt safe and happy the entire stay.

My multi-day stay with Christian was great. The communication was good and the check-in was also flexible and uncomplicated later in the evening. The apartment is very well-equipped and has everything you need. The location is also nice. I was in the area for work and was happy to be able to explore the surroundings in the evening on a walk.

We really enjoyed the short stay. The great terrace and the fantastic garden have really let you relax. We will be happy to come back.

We were a family of 3 and rented the entire home. We enjoyed our stay. The home had all amenities in place including a kitchen, washing machine / dryer, hand wash, dishwasher / tablets and even the basic cooking items needed the kitchen.

I really enjoyed staying at Viktor's AirBnB! It was a relaxing weekend. Just the thing to switch off and find yourself. Viktor and Tamara are also excellent hosts. You respond in a solution-oriented and courteous manner. Thank you, I'd love to come back.

The stay at Sandra's place was absolutely amazing, everything was perfectly clean. The apartment is very cozy. If you forget to buy basic groceries, you can buy them right in the house. Amazing! The apartment has everything you need even for a long-term stay. Thank you for everything.

Very nice, spacious and technological apartment in a quiet neighborhood near a park. Free parking along the street, there are shops and a tram stop nearby. Very pleased that Cüneyt left a brochure with rules and guidelines. Very nice and welcoming host. Thank you for your hosting and hospitality, we had a very pleasant stay!

Very nice place to stay, I would definitely come again. Hopefully the COVID restrictions will be lifted soon and the swim area can be used by multiple families again, it would be a great place to hang out in the evenings for some social gatherings.

A Home Away from Home – 10 Stars If We Could! Our stay at Mrs. Heidi and Mr. Herbert’s home in Nuremberg this January was beyond exceptional. As first-time exhibitors at the trade fair, we were new to the city, but their warmth, kindness, and incredible hospitality made all the difference. The home itself was impeccably maintained, and to our surprise, the kitchen was fully stocked —making us feel even more at home. they personally ensured that our entire floor was cleaned daily with the utmost care. Such dedication and generosity are truly rare! Me and my two sons are deeply touched by their thoughtfulness and the genuine care they extended to us. Their home exudes warmth, comfort, an experience we will cherish forever. We cannot thank them enough for support. If we could, we would give them 10 stars! Melanie was a great host! She was very helpful with restaurant suggestions and other requests. Her response time was very quick. She is wonderful!

We had a lovely few days before Easter. In the accommodation is everything you need and it is ideal for children. The huge garden also invites you to not leave the property. There is a bunch of toys, a hot tub, a sauna and a solarium. If you want, you can spend the evening at the fire pit or sit in the gazebo. For young and old, it has it all. Yes, the furniture is older but everything is intact, functional and clean. Special highlight, especially with small children is the laundry room. Yes, not the desired employment on vacation, but who wants can make great use of it. We'll be back for sure.

A great place to stay. The house is large and openly designed while maintaining the old structures and renovated substance. The old floorboards are a feast for the eyes. Equipped with state-of-the-art comfort. Thank you.

Very great and lovingly managed and thoughtful complex: four of us had the AC apartment ( enough space with a balcony, everything you need and very clean). The outdoor area is great for children and adults: natural pool ( nice and big) , playground and possibility to grill and the location on the small lake is really nice. The Ballheim family is super nice and you immediately feel welcome Thanks to Melanie!!

We had a very nice four day stay in an idyllic and quiet environment. Birgit is a very nice, warm hostess. She also took care of us in between and asked if everything was right and how we like it. We felt very comfortable in the spacious and cozily furnished apartment. There was nothing missing. Since we were traveling a lot, we were unfortunately unable to use the beautiful, large and very well-kept garden. We will be happy to come back and then for longer to enjoy everything.
