The property is located in a beautiful and green environment in an apartment building. Four to five people can comfortably enjoy all the advantages of the Nuremberg metropolitan region. The apartment with 45 m² is located in the marshalling yard settlement Bauernfeind, in the attic of our house. The metro is within walking distance in 10 min. and a stop from the fair (within walking distance 20 min.). The Playmobil FUN Park can be reached in 20 minutes by car. There is room for a maximum 5 persons available. There are two bedrooms, 1 x double bed and 2 x single beds. In the open living area there is a small kitchen with dining table and 1 x sofa bed.

In the middle of Schwabach in the historic town house

The listed townhouse from the early 16th century. century was and is still lovingly restored. Particular emphasis was placed on ecological building materials (wooden floor, lime plaster, clay plaster in the bathroom), so that the accommodation is very suitable for people who want to sleep healthily. Just a stone's throw away is the beautiful historic city center of Schwabach with many cafes, restaurants and shops. A cinema is only about 300 meters away.

You live in a very quiet location on the southern outskirt of Nuremberg. By public transport (bus / subway) you can get to the main railway station in 25 minutes without any stress. The bus stop is only a few minutes walk away. The easiest way to reach the Nuremberg exhibition center is by car in only 20 minutes.
