We rent our idyllic 2-room apartment in a quiet hillside location in the center of Schwäbisch Hall with private garden and old town view. You can prepare meals in the kitchen. In 5 minutes you can walk to the old town of Schwäbisch Hall. The apartment is located on a quiet street where you will also find a parking space for your car. Our friendly apartment (approx. 40 m²) offers a stroll through the design history of the 1920s to the present day. All the furniture has been lovingly restored.

Quiet location only a 10-minute walk (stairway) to the city center, 5 minutes to the train station and bus stop. Parking is available in front of the house.

The terrace invites you to linger and allows a view into the beautiful garden. All rooms with underfloor heating, parking space on the property available.

The apartment is located right on the edge of the old town and therefore everything is within walking distance. Only a few stairs and meters of altitude have to be overcome (typical Hall). The market square (known from the Schwäbisch Hall open-air theater) and St. Michael's Church are within walking distance. Almost down the stairs and you are already there. The guest apartment is located in a separate building with private access. We, the hosts, are the neighbors.

Wo früher im 18Jhr. viele Feste im ehemaligen Ballsaal der Brauerei Schwanen gefeiert wurden, steht für euch nun eine einzigartige und stilvolle Unterkunft (1 Etage) für bis zu 4 Personen zur Verfügung. Mit einem kleinen Spaziergang an der Kocher entlang kommt man direkt ins wunderschöne Schwäbisch Hall. Wer lieber mit dem Bus unterwegs ist, kann diesen direkt vor der Haustüre nehmen. Ein kostenloser Parkplatz steht euch im Hinterhof zur Verfügung.

Quiet room with TV, kitchen with fridge, microwave, stove and sink. You have your own spacious bathroom, your own wardrobe with shoe cabinet in the hallway, and you can wash your laundry. Actually, it's a 1-room apartment. I'll add more photos of the room and kitchen in the next few days. I have completely renovated and furnished the room. The chairs at the dining table will still be exchanged. I've already ordered the new furniture.

The apartment 50m2. Newly built Wooden House in 2022. The highlight is the 15 m wooden balcony built into the trees. Modern English wooden kitchen , refrigerator, electric stove , dishwasher, smoothie maker asl well al SMEG coffee machine, Media TV , 1 Bedroom : 180x200 m bed as well a 1 small single bed. a Futonsofa which coverts into a compromise sleeping place 180x200 m can be used as extra sleeping facility in the living room.
