The vacation farm is rented as a group accommodation exclusively for a group of guests who belong together. For arrivals of more than 16 people, each additional guest costs €25 per night. (To be paid on site upon arrival) Family meetings, seminar groups, workshops, groups of friends and choir camps use the entire house and courtyard with outdoor seating and play barn. Small children can play safely in the fenced yard. Scooters, bicycles, etc. may be brought along.

Just around the corner are Homberg (Efze) with the Hohenburg, the cathedral town of Fritzlar, the Edersee, the Singliser See, the Silbersee and many other beautiful lakes and nature reserves. In the cozy cottage, there is plenty of space for breakfast or just to linger. In winter, the Kota becomes a unique experience by the open fireplace.

Around the lake there are countless leisure activities for all ages: the wildlife park, the summer toboggan run, a treetop trail, the climbing park, bike tours, water sports and swimming on and in the lake, a canoe tour on the Eder and much more.
