"Living in a construction car" Our lovingly designed construction car is ready for you if you love nature and are looking for distance from everyday life. The construction car is quiet and idyllically nestled between an apple and a plum tree in the garden of our house. It has been rebuilt and expanded in terms of building biology and is a successful mix of old, preserved and modern elements. They have a great unobstructed view over meadows and fields, up to Amöneburg, 10 km away. The construction car is comfortably furnished for 1-2 people and you can even heat with a wood stove on cool days. In addition, the construction car has a cooking facility, a coffee machine and a cool box, so you can take care of yourself. The sanitary facilities can be easily reached at a distance of 20 m. In an attractive washhouse you can take a shower, rinse and go to the toilet. Our bicycles are ready for you to explore in the immediate vicinity, for example, the Rauischholzhausen Castle (7 km), the Wittelsberger Warte (3 km) and the university city of Marburg an der Lahn (8 km), which are to be mentioned with the Marburg Castle and its exceptional half-timbered old town. You do not need to worry about bedding and a set of towels is prepared for you. We would be happy to welcome you as our guest.

Das Backhaus mit traditioneller Einrichtung, Holzofen, Schlafboden und ganz zeitvergessener Behaglichkeit liegt separat auf dem Grundstück. Neben dem Wohnhaus (40m entf.)befindet sich das moderne Badehaus zur ausschließlichen Nutzung unserer Gäste. In unserem Haus wird viel gelesen, philosophiert, guter Wein getrunken und sich um das Wesentliche im Leben gekümmert, Reduktion pur! Abenteuer statt Luxus.

Small tiny house on wheels, oasis in the city

Individual self-built tiny house with many loving details. The house, about 12 square meters, is in our beautiful garden. Behind it is a small walled patio. A private bathroom with shower and toilet is located in the basement of our house, the room height is suitable for people up to max. 1.90 m. For the night, there is an emergency toilet house. Neighbors live around us, so we understand the house as an oasis of peace, and that is the mood that suits the place and certainly suits you too.

Auch im Winter wunderbar gewärmt steht unser original erhaltene Zirkuswagen von 1920 im "Haus in der Blume" direkt am Bach. Die große Terasse mit Sitzgelegenheiten und Sofa lädt zum Ankommen und Abschalten ein. Hier gibt es naturnahes Leben für Naturliebhaber*innen. Mit Wohnmobil-Gasheizung und kleiner elektrisch ausgestatteter Kochecke. Im nah gelegenen Haus befindet sich Gemeinschafts-Badezimmer mit Dampfsauna. Die Waldrandlage verspricht Ruhe und Erholung. Magical circus wagon for 2 people, originally furnished in our beautiful garden area from rose stock to wilderness awaits you. With its 15 m² room with fireplace and 9 m² covered comfortable outdoor kitchen, you can experience your adventure close to nature here. Surrounded by forests, streams & silence. In the main house, there is a bathroom. A beautiful hall with a piano, library and 12 nice people for so many good conversations. Wi-Fi, parking. Also 2 guest rooms & 2 apartments.

Cozy little sheperd's hut in the green countryside

You will find our lovely litte sheperd's hut in the green countryside near the village. You can relax here alone or with somebody else. The surrounding landscape is perfect for hikes and long walks. You can also find a nice lake and a small town with their typical half timbered houses not too far away from your stay. For an easy start in the morning you can book a breakfast for 11,50 € (per person and night). The bathroom with a shower is available for your personal care (100m).

Our small hut - stay on the alpaca pasture

Spend the night in our small hut on one of our alpaca pastures on the edge of the Documenta city of Kassel. It is particularly suitable for a romantic weekend for two. Surrounded by beautiful nature, the starting point for many hikes, the bus is 500 m away, only three minutes to the nearest highway and yet the everyday hustle and bustle is outside this place. For pasture hygiene reasons, we cannot guarantee the presence of alpacas with every booking. Feel free to contact us.

Elas Bergchalet

Minimalist, cozy, rustic and beautifully located on the high Dörnberg above the town of Zierenberg near Kassel. In the immediate vicinity is an Icelandic horse farm and the restaurant Bergcafé Friedrichstein. Within walking distance you can reach the glider airfield (one of the oldest glider areas in Germany), the Wichtelkirche and the Helfensteine. The area is very popular for its hiking trails (e.g. Habichtswaldsteig) and its juniper vegetation along the lime grasslands.
