The apartment is located in the hiking and recreational paradise of Kelchsau in the middle of the Hohe Salve holiday region. The small village is located in an idyllic side valley, where you can expect unspoiled nature, quaint farms and secluded mountain peaks. The apartment is in the basement (basement) of the house and has its own entrance incl. Parking. "Lilly Fein" is lovingly decorated, has a new and fully equipped kitchen and has a storage oven with a viewing window for romantic hours.

Time out in the original monument with modern comforts - right on the Ziller. If you've always wanted to know how people used to live in the Zillertal, then you can get an idea of it here: Much is original. We have only added a little comfort, so that you can, for example, take a warm shower without having to heat up beforehand... ;-) In our garden you can spend wonderful summer days, go shopping or eat right in the village and the ski resorts are also very close...

Die Hütte liegt auf ca. 1000 Meter, direkt an einem Wildbach und Mitten im Waldgebiet. Unmittelbare Nachbarn sind neben Eichhörnchen, Fuchs, Rehen sowie etlichen kleinen Waldbewohnern 3 weitere privat genützte Hütten. Die Hütte ist bergseits, die letzte in dieser Reihe und hat eine nicht-einsehbare Randlage und wird von ca. 1ooo m² Grund umgeben. PKW Fahrzeit: 15 Min - Innsbruck, 5 Min - Nahversorger, 5 Min - Skigebiet Tulfes, 5 Min - Skigebiet Rinn (Kinderland)

Das geschmackvolle und hochwertig eingerichtete Apartment für die ganze Familie ist ca. 43cm² groß und verfügt über ein Doppelzimmer mit einer (Liege-) Couch sowie ein schönes Bad mit Dusche und WC. Die neue Wohnküche mit Essbereich ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Weiters befindet sich in der Wohnküche eine gemütliche Couch, die auch als Schlafsofa genutzt werden kann. Natürlich haben wir auch einen Parkplatz für Sie sowie einen absperrbaren Ski-/Fahrradraum.

Our apartment Edelweiß with about 60 m² has two separate bedrooms and two bathrooms, a modern kitchen-living room and a cozy balcony. On the roof terrace with magnificent views of the Achensee there is a shared lounge area and grill. Linens and towels are included in our free parking space. All leisure facilities in the Karlingerhof as well as the garden and the large playground are available to our guests.

Single apartment in the house directly on the lake

The 1-room apartment Silberdistel with mountain view offers on 18 m² a living/bedroom with integrated dining area and fully equipped kitchenette. It is equipped with a single bed and a pull-out sofa bed with footboard as well as a bathroom with shower, WC & hairdryer. The vacation apartment with mountain view is located on the 1st floor of the Rosenhof. The apartment has no balcony.

Haus Claudia

€3.20 local tax will be charged per person/per day on site. Right near the valley station Horbergbahn, which is in the Mayrhofen/Mountopolis ski area. The apartment is in a very quiet and sunny location. However, you can reach the center (such as Mayrhofen) in a few minutes on foot, by train or by car. The property also offers a lockable garage for skis and a ski boot dryer.
