Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Schweinfurt

We had a nice, albeit very wet, Pentecost weekend in Rachel's house. We were two families (6 people, 2 children (3 years)). We particularly liked how child-friendly and well-equipped the house was. There are plenty of toys and the trampoline in the garden was a hit. The surroundings are beautifully idyllic. However, we were a little surprised by the high number of ticks, but no one can do anything about that. However, you should prepare yourself before a vacation in the area (vaccination, spray) and check daily, especially with the kids. The house was very cozy and could be heated wonderfully warm with the fireplace in the unfortunately very bad weather. The walk to the house, which is a little elevated, was a little impractical. If you arrive with a little more luggage and shopping, you have to walk the way several times, but it worked. Overall, we were satisfied and felt very comfortable.

Loved our short stay with Alison. We were in Pritchenstadt for my brothers 50th. We had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. Loved it!

The hosts both Caroline and Alexander are very friendly and responsive. Communication was perfect and the check in was very easy. The pictures don’t do the place the justice. It’s so much more beautiful than on the pictures. It’s a wonderful place and very peaceful. The house itself is so well equipped. You can definitely tell that the owners spends a lot time and money to renovate it. The house was super clean. The sauna was a hit, also our children enjoyed it very much. We spend a lot of time playing in the garden and enjoyed a local bier garden. I recommend this house to anyone who values privacy and peaceful space, where you can easily relax surrounded by the forest and enjoy waking up in a exceptionally comfortable and beautifully decorated house. Will definitely come back.

The property was exactly as described - my daughter said she felt like she was staying in an IKEA showroom- everything was clean and perfect. We appreciated Eleni messaging us how to get into the property and how to access the WiFi prior to arriving. Also having some snacks and coffee/tea available was appreciated. It was a great stay with zero stress- exactly what we needed during our road trip through Germany.

Claudia was an amazing host. We felt very comfortable in the rustic Lohrhäusle. The amenities were excellent, we didn't lack anything. Even coffee, spices, pasta and oil/vinegar were available. The location in the middle of Lohr's old town was perfect for us. Booking and communication with Claudia were easy and timely. Thank you very much.

We were with a group of 13 and enjoyed the accommodation immensely. In the house there was enough to keep us busy, I am thinking of the great sauna and swimming pond but also the extensive range of board games, toys, chess board and poker set. It is a very charming house that is modern where it should be. The area was beautiful and even more beautiful than in the picture. You can take a very nice walk directly from the garden and you are really in nature. This is definitely recommended!

A Home Away from Home – 10 Stars If We Could! Our stay at Mrs. Heidi and Mr. Herbert’s home in Nuremberg this January was beyond exceptional. As first-time exhibitors at the trade fair, we were new to the city, but their warmth, kindness, and incredible hospitality made all the difference. The home itself was impeccably maintained, and to our surprise, the kitchen was fully stocked —making us feel even more at home. they personally ensured that our entire floor was cleaned daily with the utmost care. Such dedication and generosity are truly rare! Me and my two sons are deeply touched by their thoughtfulness and the genuine care they extended to us. Their home exudes warmth, comfort, an experience we will cherish forever. We cannot thank them enough for support. If we could, we would give them 10 stars! Our 5-day stay in this apartment was absolutely wonderful! The decor was not only beautiful, but also very tasteful and immediately gave us a feeling of home. Particularly noteworthy is the sauna, which turned our stay into a relaxing oasis. The apartment was always clean, which shows how much value the landlady places on cleanliness and comfort. We were greeted with loving care that we so rarely experience. The landlady herself was incredibly warm and always took care of our well-being. The location of the apartment in a quiet and relaxing area perfectly rounded off our vacation. Here you could really switch off and relax. We highly recommend this stay and would come back any time. All good. Rooms are all individually lockable, so be careful not to lock yourself out at night (code was directly above the lock, so not bad). And you should be aware that the pool and garden are of course also used by the residents. Nevertheless, it was very nice that you could use it as a guest.

We were in Tiny House Main Apartments for the second time. The view and the feeling directly on the Main is really very relaxing. The area is quiet and you can quickly reach Würzburg and Schweinfurt by car. Of course, everything is very small, but sufficient for two people with a dog for a few days. The sauna is great, we enjoyed it very much in the evening with a view of the Main. Thank you very much

We had a great time in Claudia's beautiful apartment! The location by the lake is wonderfully idyllic and the apartment is very modern and tastefully furnished. Everything we needed was there. Claudia has always responded to messages in a friendly and quick manner. We can fully recommend Claudia and her apartment and would love to come back!

The apartment is a beautiful, quiet place. Very nicely furnished, without a lot of frills and very cozy. The kitchen in particular is a wonderful room to linger in and is excellently equipped.

We felt very comfortable in the accommodation and the surroundings. Angelika was very hospitable and provided many great touches in the accommodation (fresh fruit, regional spring water, chocolate). We will be happy to come back!

It was great to stay here. The space is big and light, the view is perfect. The garden does not have a fence around it at all places, which was not so handy with an exploring dog. But with kids it is perfect as the garden is surrounded by plants and borders as well as it being in a high position from the road. Very nice to have a path next to the house where you can walk along the quiet hills. Hosts are superfriendly and it was very nice that we could park our car in front of the house under the kitchenwindow. We will gladly come back when we visit our family in Schweinfurt again. Thanks!

We had a super nice stay in a spacious and well-equipped apartment. The hike from the house to the vineyards and to the Main, with surprising and warm encounters, made us very happy and rounded off the holiday.
