All as described, a nice house.

We felt very comfortable in the "villa". It's not super easy to find and the description should be optimized a little. The villagers: But inside, they already know and Maxi also welcomed us super nicely. We would have had an infinite amount of conversation with permaculture and self-sufficient living! The cottage is quaint and cozy, well equipped and the view of the beautiful Jagst Valley is simply fantastic. A highlight is definitely the pizza oven, as well as the swimming spot about a 20-minute walk on the Jagst, which we both used and enjoyed despite (or because of) autumnal temperatures. A perfect retreat in the Thuringian Forest We had the pleasure of spending a few days in this beautiful cottage and it was just amazing. The location is incredibly quiet, ideal for those looking for relaxation and recreation. The spacious garden invites you to linger and offers plenty of space for outdoor activities. The modern decor of the house is stylish and comfortable, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Particularly noteworthy is the proximity to an excellent restaurant serving delicious local specialties. For families with children, the nearby playground is a big plus. Overall a wonderful place to get away from it all and enjoy the beauty of the Thuringian Forest. We will definitely be back!

A cozy holiday cabin, which is already special due to the green and very natural location. There is a huge garden property and a homely covered terrace from which you can watch the sunrise wonderfully. If you are looking for seclusion, tranquility and privacy, this is the place to be.

S-a-g-e-n-h-a-f-t! Without exaggeration, I never expected anything so beautiful. How brand new, everything fits together. No clipped crockery and pots as usual. No, everything very nice, new and from bathroom to kitchen in the same matching style. And everything was as clean as if it were new. The landlords very nice, accommodating, not a bit intrusive, helpful. You can tell they're having fun. I know this all sounds too good. But check it out for yourself. And amazed I'm not exaggerating. 5 star apartment? Modesty expressed. 10 star luxury apartment. We loved it 🤩

The property is well located. A lot of space in the house. Perfect for a longer stay

Sinisa was very accommodating and extremely helpful in recommending local restaurants and shops. His house is beautiful and perfect for families or couples. Very clean, well presented and open plan which is exactly what we were looking for. Great host and great property.

We had a great time in the vacation homes. Thanks to the good and fast communication with the hosts, questions were clarified very quickly. The apartments are lovingly furnished, very clean and cozy. Anytime again :)

We spent a men's weekend with friends from college here. The place looks at least as good as the pictures, maybe even better. With sauna, whirlpool, barbecue and whirlpool tub and bread service, you almost never have to leave the property. We loved it and would be happy to come back.

We (6 adults and 4 children) spent an extended weekend in Susann and Sebastian's house and felt very comfortable. The house offers enough space and is well equipped. In the house, you will find plenty of tips for excursions. Communication with Susann was easy and pleasant.
