The hiking and skiing paradise Speikboden is just a 5-minute drive from the accommodation. The beautiful alpine-style apartment features a living room, a very well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a bedroom, a bathroom and thus accommodates 4 people. You will stay on the second floor and have two floors. On each floor we have a bathroom with shower and toilet. On the upper floor there is also a bathtub waiting for you. The balconies have a southwest orientation for a magnificent view and plenty of sunshine. A parquet floor ensures a pleasant atmosphere and you can use a Swedish stove as a cozy highlight. Two flat-screen TVs in the bedrooms are self-evident. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need.

Exclusive apartment with infrared cabin! It is located in the center of Kolsass. This includes a large garden with barbecue facilities, a private garage and parking spaces. A supermarket is about 3 minutes away. The bike path passes by in the immediate vicinity. In winter, the ski resort on Kolsassberg is ideal for beginners. Not far away there is the possibility to end the day culinarily in the Wellnesshotel Rettenberg.

The premium apartment is furnished with a lot of love for detail. A highlight is our terrace with mountain views. You can relax in your own hot tub & sauna, which are located on the spacious terrace. This is a premium studio apartment. The kitchen and the living and sleeping area are in the same room. There is a king-size bed for two people, and a sofa bed can be prepared for two more people (located in the same room!)

The Bluebird Base is a cosy mountain house. It offers space for 10 people and it is located at 1200m in the Zillervalley. The rooms have been furnished with great love for detail. The house offers a well equipped common kitchen. Located high on the mountain, 12 min by car on a mountain road to the center of Zell am Ziller and 7 min with the free shuttle bus to the slopes of Zillertalarena.

Our place is located approx. 5 minutes above Ramsau in the Zillertal. There are some great restaurants nearby. Very cozy accommodation with beautiful views over Zillertal mountains and large sun terrace. Our place is good for couples, families (with kids), and big groups.
