The studio is located in the converted hay barn of the Engadine house "Chasa Pütvia" from the 16th Central location on the neighborhood street, a few steps to the ski bus/PostBus and only a 5-minute walk from the village center of Scuol with shops, restaurants and the "Bogn Engiadina" wellness pool. The cross-country skiing center and trail are also a few minutes' walk away. Occupancy up to 2 people (infants not included).

The cable cars can be reached in 15 minutes by car or PostBus. Cross-country ski trail from Ramosch. Toboggan run to the front door.

Originally built in 1686, the barn was fully renovated in 2015 and offers 90 m² of modern amenities: electric heating, a modern kitchen, two open bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a cozy fireplace. The attic apartment with beautiful garden view and wonderful views of the Piz Clünas and Muot da l'Hom mountains is located in an apartment building with an attached sheepfold. The house is centrally located in the beautiful mountain village of Ftan (1650 meters above sea level). The flat has its own entrance. 1 parking space (free) is available below the house. Our guests also have free Wi-Fi access. In the living area, TV is available.

Modern and cozy mountain apartment with a view

Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti (1460m), which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 7min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.

Our apartments are located in the complex of the Tulai holiday park. The building consists of 113 apartments. We have 10 apartments (all facing south) which we have completely renovated in recent years. The studio offers more than 50 m² of generous space for 2 people. They are modern and tastefully decorated and invite you to relax and enjoy.

Centrally located 3.5-room apartment. Shopping and post office are just across from the apartment. The apartment has two bedrooms as well as a living room. The living room also has two sleeping options. One room has a bunk bed, so only five beds are indicated. The apartment has six sleeping options. The kitchen is spacious.
