Although it is a managed villa area, the grounds are also surrounded by greenery, so it is a highly private, single-family rental villa. It is a 3-minute walk to the entrance of the scenic Monawaki Suspension Bridge, and the national park promenade along the coast is ideal for a morning walk, taking about 40 minutes to complete one round. Izu Ocean Park and Ocean BBQ are a 15-minute walk or 3-minute drive away. You can see the Pacific Ocean from the suspension bridge and lighthouse, about a 5-minute walk, and if you're lucky, you can see a sea turtle swimming. It is about a 20-minute walk from Jogasakikaigan Station, and there are 2 free electric assist bicycles in the facility, so you can go shopping in about 10 minutes to a supermarket or convenience store without a car. Off season (excluding Golden Week, summer vacation, New Year's Eve, Saturdays, and holidays), early check-in is free unless there is a reservation the day before, so please take a walk to the suspension bridge or prepare a BBQ while you are waiting for the hot spring.

Our house is located near Taehwasan Mountain in Yeongwol, Gangwon Province. It is a 15-minute drive to Cheongnyeongpo, Jangneung, Gosi Cave, Dongseo River Garden YeonDangwon, Radio Star Museum, Photo Museum, and Byelmaro Observatory (where you can take a shuttle). It is 25 minutes from the Korean Peninsula and 35 minutes from Youth Moon Y Park. Families with children can accommodate up to 4 people and up to 3 adults. It's a loft-style villa, and you can enjoy the indoor fireplace from autumn to spring, and you can sit in the garden in front of the accommodation and barbecue with a relaxing atmosphere. There is a small river and a nice old house of Japanese style next to the house .The tool of the barbecue is prepared. （Please bring an ignition agent and charcoal） it's comfortable in summer as the temperature is a few degrees lower than in the city. As of 2024, mobile phones have become much easier to connect to. （no wi-fi） The air conditioner was installed in 2022, but it is only on the first floor.Enjoy the natural air. There is a fan. Firewood isn't available from May as it will be warmer.
