House holiday rentals in Seacrest

I should’ve done my research..everything we wanted to do was 30 mins away or more so that’s my fault. There is a grocery store 8 mins up the road though so that’s was convenient. It’s in a fancy, rich neighborhood with a beautiful beach and the house itself was better than we even expected; we enjoyed our stay so so much! Only complaint I had was curtains would be nice hahaha I would wake up as soon as the sun came up! The pool was awesome; the hosts were very responsive! Definitely a chill spot for my family and I to spend our vacation!

This place was absolutely perfect for our small family. The host was incredibly responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. The home was thoughtfully equipped with a pack and play and high chair, which were ideal for our 18-month-old. Just a five-minute walk from a beautiful, quiet beach, the place also included all the beach essentials you could need (wagon, chairs, umbrellas, toys). The private pool in the backyard was spotless and a great place to relax while our daughter napped. We highly recommend this spot to any family—it’s close to great restaurants and activities all along 30A.

The cottage was beautiful, clean, comfortable furniture and beds. Everything you need to go the beach organized and ready to go , short walk to the beach, pool was very clean . Wonderful location, loved the place , will definitely go back and recommend to my friends and family!!!!

Afternoon Nap was the perfect base for our family beach vacation and Bryan was an accommodating host. Easily walkable to the beach, and the pool was great for when you’re ready to get out of the sand.

This house was exactly like the photos. You get exactly what you should expect. It was very clean and had everything you would need for a week’s stay. Huge fridge and the ice maker and beverage fridge was great. Everything was very modern and updated. The pool was so great to have and very clean! We loved the screened in porch for hanging out by the pool or eating lunch and dinner. Super quiet cul de sac and easy access to the beach. The house was extremely quiet and cool, lots of fans and a/c worked amazing. Lots of space for everyone to relax. I think an extra cherry on top would be having beach and pool supplies or be able to rent them from the house owner rather than bringing them down or buying extra. We had a great time and would definitely rent again or recommend to family and friends.

The house was perfect for our family of 2 adults and 2 small children. The community where it’s located is very lovely, you can walk or bike everywhere. The tram station, which takes you to the beach, is on the corner. You could also walk to the beach, which takes about 15 minutes. The pool is very nice, large, and suitable for all ages. It's very close to the house, just a 5-minute walk. The location of the community is unbeatable, right between Rosemary and Alys. The closest public beach is Inlet Beach. The bikes shown in the photos are not for use with this house, but we rented some in the main square. They provide 3 beach chairs and a cooler but nothing else for the beach (in a beach destination). We had to buy beach towels, an umbrella, etc. The kitchen utensils were sufficient for the stay. Confortable queen bed and a pack and play and a high chair are available. Communication was fast and effective. We would return and would recommend it to another small family or couple.

We had an amazing time here on our family vacation! The house was exactly as described. Location was perfect, a quick walk to the pool or beach! Everything was extremely clean and beautiful. The patio was an excellent space for a bbq and we definitely used it every night for family dinner. The hosts are very kind and checked in to make sure we were having a great time! Would come back!

Overall we had a great stay at Oh Happy Day! The townhouse looked like the photos and was therefore what we expected. We primarily used the public beach access as the owners provided beach chairs and a very nice umbrella. The public beach access also included shower’s at the top of the steps. We did have one issue as the public beach does intermittently have some of the shoreline blocked out based on homeowner rights (per Walton County website at top of beach steps). The laws seem to be changing continually and we received different answers on what the public beach rights were from three different police officers patrolling the beach… Waterhouse is a new coffee, cocktail, and pizza shop adjacent to the Arcadia townhomes. It is fantastic and we loved being able to carry iced lattes and cocktails down to the beach! We had some cleanliness concerns for one room upon arrival that were quickly addressed. Kenny and Rosemary are lovely and we are thankful for our stay with them in 30A!

When I booked this place there were only two reviews available. One was so glowing I decided to give it a try. I am happy to report the review was spot on! Super short walk less than a few minutes to the beach, and it’s just through the neighborhood, no busy streets. Maybe two blocks. Private entrance to the beach, and host will give you key cards. This was a critical issue for me in booking a home, since we planned on spending a lot of time at the beach. The host was able to recommend a beach chair/umbrella rental company to make our time at the beach nice even in warm weather! Community pool is an even shorter walk, right around the corner. It’s not super crowded because there are four pools in this development, one in each quarter. The pool is heated! The home itself was extremely well renovated. Usually with remodels I can tell when it’s been cheaply done (I used to own a house flipping company). Super clean and the plumbing fixtures, wow! Host is very responsive as well. 5/5 stars

We absolutely adored this house! It’s way more spacious than the pictures make it seem and so beautiful. It’s only about two blocks from a wonderful beach. And Levi and Darah were just incredible!!!! They went above and beyond for us over and over. We only had one very minor issue with some neighbors the first night (it is also a rental, not bad neighbors) but Levi and Darah were so responsive and helpful. I would recommend this place to anybody!!!

Location location location! This side of Alys / Rosemary is the best. The beach is not as crowded, the public access is so close, and having the pool back at the house was just the best! John was a 10/10 host and SO responsive from pre booking to us packing up to leave. Highly recommend! We will be back!

We loved the downstairs layout especially. Beautifully decorated and plenty of parking. We had everything we needed. And it was so nice to have an easy 5 minute walk to the beach and the private pool to come back to!

We had a wonderful stay at Megan’s home and would definitely return! The house is beautiful, with a true family vacation vibe. It’s well cared for, with each room having a TV, a spacious living room, and a cozy patio. The kitchen is fully stocked, and detergent and dishwasher pods are provided. The beds and furniture are top quality, making it easy to feel at home. The beach is just a 3-minute walk away, with a private beach access only a minute away. The shed is stocked with beach chairs and gear, which was super convenient. The pool was another highlight—spacious, peaceful, and never crowded, offering a perfect spot to relax privately. The location is perfect, close to great restaurants like Old Florida Fish House, and Publix is just 5 minutes away. Megan was an outstanding host—responsive, helpful, and offered great local tips. Her communication was quick and smooth from start to finish. Would highly recommend!

We had an incredible stay at Something Blue! From the beautiful decor to the beautiful views, it was the perfect place for our family of 6! Our girls shared the bunk room which had plenty of space! I loved sitting on the balcony upstairs each morning to enjoy a cup of coffee before hitting the beach- the views were so beautiful! The location was literally a 30 second walk to the beach! It was so convenient and so easy to get to! We are looking forward to booking it again next summer!

Everything was SO clean and cozy. We were super impressed and very happy with our stay. Nicole was extremely responsive with any questions we had and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect! Comfy beds too. Highly recommend :)

We absolutely loved Chelsea’s place. It was perfect for our beach getaway especially with kids wanting to constantly walk back and forth from the beach to home base. The bikes were an awesome addition too. Chelsea was very responsive to any question we had. We will definitely be back!

We loved our stay at Vitamin Sea! Donna was incredibly communicative, helpful, and responsive. Her home is stunning, it’s in a great location, and it was in a quiet area. We arrived from the airport, parked our car, and didn’t drive again until it was time to head back to the airport at the end of our stay. The beach was about an 8-10 minute walk with kiddos and everything else was less than that. There’s a pool right across the street! She had everything we needed for our littles: crib, high chair, plates, utensils, etc. Highly highly recommend staying here!!

We have been coming to 30A since I was a kid. This is one of our favorite places we have ever stayed. Not only is the layout of the house great, the location is perfect in reference to the beach and pool. We have a two year old and Alex was incredibly helpful in communicating with us prior to our trip as to what the accommodations were like for a toddler. She went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy with everything during our stay. We are already planning our return next year and cannot wait to go back! Great location and people! We enjoyed our stay and there was everything we needed and more for our mother/daughter girls adult trip! Home was very clean, beds were comfortable and kitchen had everything needed, including a Kuerig which was not in photos but was a big plus. Also had a few more beach chairs than pictured which was also a nice bonus. Kitchen was very spacious and fully equipped! Local restaurants were also great and loved the privacy of area and beach access! Would definitely return! Only down side was that majority of bedrooms are on 3rd floor and kitchen/living area is on second floor… being able to use the elevator would have been a plus.. especially on check in/out day but all in all great stay and lovely property and if you’re in good health then not a problem but if have knee problems then this might not be a good fit.

Looked exactly like the pics. Well decorated and very clean. Appreciated the list of recommendations for bike rentals, restaurants, etc. An easy bike ride up to Rosemary Beach! Nic was friendly and responsive. 10/10 recommend!

My family and I so enjoyed our stay! The house looked exactly like the pictures and had everything we needed! Everything was very clean and well kept. The beach is right across the street from the neighborhood and would be an easy walk, however, we loved the golf cart rental for riding around town, going to dinner, etc. Beverly was also very helpful and accommodating. I would definitely book again!

Traci was an amazing host. She was very responsive throughout. The place is modern and pristine. The master feels very roomy with high ceilings, and is separated from the upstairs rooms (offering privacy). We loved the location right off the beach and close to town centers for Seacrest and Rosemary. We also used bikes to venture out, which gave us even more restaurant options. We had a great time and wished we had stayed longer. We will return! Thanks, Traci!
