Holiday rentals with beach access in Seacrest

Loved this spot! We had a great time and the area near our stay was perfect for what we wanted. Walkable to the beach, restaurants and shops. Everything inside matched the description and was clean and beautifully designed! The instructions were clear and we had all the information we needed! No problems and we had a lovely weekend. Would recommend to friends!

We traveled to the Destin area for a very quick visit and didn’t have much time to spend at Bonnie and David’s home but we would definitely book with them again. The apartment was extremely clean and inviting. The home is conveniently located close to the beach, restaurants and shops but tucked away on a quiet and private lot away from the hustle and bustle of heavy traffic and over populated tourist spots. We really felt like we were at home. The only problem we had was finding the driveway, because it was very late when we arrived and very dark. The GPS showed the location of the home right in the middle of the street and in front of the school. We eventually found the drive and made it home! We would definitely recommend Bonnie and David as your next host. I noticed they have several homes and I’m sure all of them are just as nice! Thank you.

Great stay! This is our second time staying in this building. The view was great. Everything was exactly as listed. Easy walk to the beach. Pool was nice. Great perks staying at sandestin resort. The wagon with chairs, umbrellas was very nice and handy to have provided with the stay. It made it so easy to take things down to the beach. Would definitely stay again! There was also kids sand toys available so if you have kids they have toys provided for the beach with the chairs and umbrella.

My wife and I loved staying here for our beach vacation. The place was clean, had everything we needed, and was very close to the beach. Marcie was very easy to communicate with and we loved our stay. Was also very reasonably priced. Would highly recommend.

This apartment was perfect for a quiet beach week. The location was fabulous with a 1 minute walk to a mostly empty beach. The house was very well appointed with towels, beach chairs, sand toy, umbrellas and boogie boards. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything you need for your stay. I would definitely stay here again.

Alma and Michael were wonderful hosts! They were so responsive for every question and they provided helpful information and recommendations. The place was small as expected but all that we needed and we slept so well! The beach was located a short walk away and they even provided us with great beach chairs and umbrella. We would definitely come back for a quiet getaway.

We loved staying here! The condo was exactly what it looked like in the pictures. It was clean and had everything we needed. The view from the balcony was amazing. Astrid, the host, was also amazing from start of booking through the end of our trip. We look forward to staying here again!! 10/10 recommend staying here.

We LOVE the Bungalow. Could not recommend it more to couples visiting 30A. We really enjoyed the outdoor space - morning, afternoon, and night. The inside was clean, comfortable, and had everything you need. Felicia is a great host!

We had a wonderful first 30A stay, first time with our two corgis too. The property was absolutely stunning, great layout, we stayed upstairs in a bedroom next to the kids room where our 4year old slept - he had the best time playing pirates on the bunk bed. The downstairs master was also clean and very peaceful, the closet had dog crates ready for use, so we kept our doggies there during our outings and nights. It was such a calming space they settled right in. The property is on the end of a road, a kind of a cul de sac, so I found it more private with having another house only on one side. The community pool is less than 50ft away, and the new looking golf cart takes you to the opposite end of the community where you find your private beach access. Stunning views from the beach staircase!! We rented bikes and had brunches at nearby restaurants, Rosemary beach is such a picturesque place with great dinner options, Big Chill a cool hangout. We will be back next year!!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our four nights stay at this beautiful condo on the beach. It was so great to walk out the back of the home directly onto the beach. The house was clean, well decorated and just the right size for the two of us. Jeff was a perfect host. If I had a question, he responded with in less than a minute!

We had an amazing time here on our family vacation! The house was exactly as described. Location was perfect, a quick walk to the pool or beach! Everything was extremely clean and beautiful. The patio was an excellent space for a bbq and we definitely used it every night for family dinner. The hosts are very kind and checked in to make sure we were having a great time! Would come back!

Had a great stay! This studio condo has everything you could need, it has beach chairs on the patio, kitchen supplies, and even a cute bookshelf for beach reads. This was my second time at this building but first time staying on the ground level, and I appreciated walking right out to the pool (no elevator needed). While this building is older and kinda dated and worn, the location is amazing! That’s why I chose it again this summer. It’s literally right between all the cute shops & restaurants of Rosemary Beach & Alys Beach. Again, Joseph has a cute little studio — I will note that the queen bed was very comfortable and it had some sort of trundle bed underneath. So this could work for traveling with a young kid. Enjoy!

Adorable home situated in a secluded neighborhood with beautiful landscaping. The screened back porch was my favorite part of this home. The beds were very comfortable and I appreciated that this host ensures clean linens including a freshly washed comforter. You will not be disappointed.

Tom and Leslie are fantastic hosts! The condo has everything you might need. The location is the best part tho! Just walk steps down the sand dune to the most beautiful white sandy beach, crystal clear water (some days) it was a little wavy other days and private. The condo decor and furniture is coastal and comfortable. Super cold A/C which was nice after a hot day. Much less people on the beach than other places we have visited. Also when there was an issue with the TV, Tom came right over, helped out and was very friendly. The issue was resolved. We loved our stay here!

Magnificent get away reset R&R ! Dan was super detailed attentive, quick to respond. Supplies well equipped! Unit very clean , welcoming and comfortable. Felt like home away from home from the relaxing full size balcony extremely comfortable lounge chair rockers to the kitchen, extremely clean bathroom and luxurious master. Host has wonderful full length dark-out sectioned panels covering windows to allow for full beauty of Gulf to be revealed during the day and full darkness peaceful rest/sleep in the evening! Very spacious clean relaxing and classic❤️ You will NOT regret staying at Dan’s penthouse and loved staying on the East side away from direct sounds of Pineapple Willys but could still see. Only one item to mention, sofa queen sleeper was uncomfortable and gave for hard nights sleep but the days washed it away thankfully. I only mention IF someone needs to open the sleeper and sleep on. Otherwise the master was extremely comfortable, restful luxurious just like home

i cant say enough good things about this space, can i move in? we loved staying here. walking distance to coffee, food, and the beach! we didnt use the pool but it was very close to the room. everything ab the space was aesthetically pleasing and we would love to stay here again sometime.

Where do I start? Location, Mike’s communication, or the actual Airbnb? Mike’s place couldn’t have been in a better location. Steps from the beach with a beautiful ocean view. It was easy for my husband and I along with our three small children to easily walk to the beach/run to the room if we forgot something. Our beach chairs were there each day waiting for us. Next, Mike was excellent at letting us know how to access his place along with the best places to dine while we were there. Finally, the condo was finished beautifully right down to the Brunschwig & Fils Les Touches throw pillows 😍 Everything you would need is there. We plan to stay again!

Debby was a great host that provided clear instructions and was very communicative throughout the whole process. The location is hard to beat; walkable to countless restaurants, downtown Rosemary Beach, Seacrest Beach access and a nice stroll/bike ride to Alys. The unit really is placed in an ideal location. We will definitely try and book with Debby and this unit in the future. The unit had everything we needed and was very function!

We were looking to add a third night to our vacation but our other airbnb was already booked for the rest of the week. We came across Tara’s place and we are SO glad we booked with her! Her place looked exactly like the photos and every space was spotless. We loved the amenities like the free bikes to use and beach chairs (she had everything you would need for the beach), and she is less than a 5 minute walk to the ocean! Also the king size bed was very comfortable. I would highly recommend this place if you are a couple, with a friend, or even solo! We don’t have kids but the bunk beds in the living room would be great for them. Tara was so kind and easy to talk to and even allowed us to check in early. If you’re looking for a quick and easy getaway but don’t want to compromise on cleanliness, comfort, and accessibility to shops, restaurants, and the beach, Tara’s place is perfect. Would most definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful stay at Daniel and Molly’s place! Super clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location — just a short walk to the beach and right next to some great delis, coffee, and food spots. We couldn’t ask for a better spot to relax and enjoy Santa Rosa. We’ll definitely be back!
