Loved this place! The room was in perfect proximity to the lobby/parking so we never had to wait on an elevator. The reserved parking spot was great and also in a convenient location! The room itself was extremely clean and tidy and there was even a fan for use if you’re like us and like the noise to sleep. Even being a studio it was quite spacious for the two of us! Short distance to the beach, great food on the property, and a great location to get all around in PCB. 10/10 Thank you again, Patrick!

Room was great. Great view and only couple minutes to walk to Pier Park. Has everything you need. Well differently stay again.

This condo stood out from others because of the location and surrounding beach! There aren’t a bunch of high rises so the beach is wide open! It’s close to restaurants and fun activities! Great parking and loved having a huge balcony to enjoy every morning and every evening. We will definitely be back because the location was so great and Nina was so quick to respond to all my questions

The condo was just as described and like the pictures provided. Price was spot on for the location and competitive with other similar rentals. Linara was quick to respond and very helpful when my schedule changed slightly. Would definitely recommend to anyone with kids, looking for a condo with a breathtaking view.

The views from the condo were fantastic. Loved sitting out on the deck at all times of the day. It's a busy beach and easy to get to. The condo was very clean. The communication was excellent with the hosts.

Carol was a phenomenal host- super kind and responsive - she took care of an issue with a charge from AirBnB super fast! The house was amazing- even cool (great ac! Many places we stay are never cool!)). Everything was super clean and looked great which I’m sure can be challenging when pet friendly! Obviously it’s not super close to the beach so be prepared to rent a golf cart or extra bikes if needed. Bc parking is so difficult at the beach, one person would drop everyone off and then go back to the house and ride one of the bikes back to the beach. It was so nice to have two bikes included as well!

We picked this stay for the water proximity, dock and ratings. It was a very enjoyable stay and Chuck is very nice and friendly. Our friends that stayed with us rented a pontoon from him 3 out of 5 days we stayed which was very convenient being located on the same property, just a 3 min walk from your door. The place was so clean you'd never know that he allows dogs. We left ours at home but it would have been no problem as far as the accommodation and we met other's dogs who stayed in the adjacent rentals. It felt more like a mom and pop beach hotel than a typical Airbnb to us. I'd stay again and recommend it to others.

This place exceeded our expectations! A very easy walk across the side street (not a busy main road!) to the public access; it was perfect for our beach vacation. Incredibly wonderful to have a spotless bathroom, plenty of towels, and a really nice WD for us to use! I will definitely be back!

We loved this house and the back yard for our little dog was perfect. Can’t ask for a better host than Yubeiri! She is super responsive and accommodating. She made sure the bathrooms and kitchen were equipped with soaps and necessary paper products upon arrival, which was very thoughtful. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this lovely home! Smartly decorated a very nice private fenced backyard. A little bit of a walk to the beach but in this part of PCB there's plenty of street parking right next to the beach so we just drove.

My family and I had a great time staying in this beautiful home and neighborhood. The location was perfect. Only a short walk to the beach and so many restaurants and activities close by. We would absolutely recommend a stay here!

Our family (2 adults, 2 teens) had a really nice stay and loved how close the house is to the beach. We found this area to be much less commercialized and more low-key/quiet than other spots along the coast. The host offers some beach equipment for guests (chairs, cabana, umbrella, boogie boards, a few towels). That was super helpful as we didn’t want to have to rent (or pack!) all those items for our trip. We liked every aspect of the house — comfortable beds, spacious kitchen, contemporary decor, and thoughtful storage for toiletries and travel items. Thank you for wonderful accommodations!

Can’t say enough great thinks about this home and the owner, Lisette. Communication was top notch, she was helpful and the home was beautiful but also very well equipped. We’ve stayed in the area 10 x but I’m pretty certain her home had the most amenities like bikes, locks, beach items like cooler/ wagon/ toys etc. We have stayed from seaside to seagrove to water sound but we are already planning our next trip to Vitamin Sea. Thank you Lisette for everything!

I am so glad we stayed here! The place was beautiful, but the location was even better. We came with our teenage children and they were able to bike everywhere by themselves. At night we would sit on the balcony and listen to the music and visit for hours. It definitely made for a wonderful, bonding vacation. If you come with older children or by yourself - my advice would be to bike to the public beach instead of going to the private beach. It was much less crowded and was about the same distance in the opposite direction.

Stacey& Susan’s place was a delight! We loved how well the design created a comfortable place for two! The pool was awesome for my husband’s early morning swims while I stayed cuddled in the very comfy king size bed. Walking to the beach was a breeze and as was walking to the fresh fish market each evening. The kitchen was well equipped with everything I needed for making our meals. We loved this place and hope to return!

This was our first time at Rosemary Beach and this location was amazing! We enjoyed walking to lots of local restaurants right in our backyard. Our kids loved riding the tram to the pool and beach. The house was perfect for all of us and looked exactly like the pictures. We throughly enjoyed our stay and looked exactly forward to our next visit!

Great home in a great location. Easy access to the pool and beach. We had a great time and would stay again!

Overall we had a great stay at Oh Happy Day! The townhouse looked like the photos and was therefore what we expected. We primarily used the public beach access as the owners provided beach chairs and a very nice umbrella. The public beach access also included shower’s at the top of the steps. We did have one issue as the public beach does intermittently have some of the shoreline blocked out based on homeowner rights (per Walton County website at top of beach steps). The laws seem to be changing continually and we received different answers on what the public beach rights were from three different police officers patrolling the beach… Waterhouse is a new coffee, cocktail, and pizza shop adjacent to the Arcadia townhomes. It is fantastic and we loved being able to carry iced lattes and cocktails down to the beach! We had some cleanliness concerns for one room upon arrival that were quickly addressed. Kenny and Rosemary are lovely and we are thankful for our stay with them in 30A!
